Edited to ad:
Did she not say (to herself) that she thinks that even Raunak is not aware of the whole truth about what happened 5 years ago and that she'll have to find out about it herself? Perhaps that is what she is doing, pretending to be an unknown person that will blackmail both Janki and Akshay in the hopes that somehow one or both of them will inadvertently spill the beans...
