Doesn't matter that he trusts her with all his heart, does not suffocate her with affection, and tries to lighten her mood in his own way.

You're basically saying that she wants a guy who treats her like shit and remains depressed 24*7 like her.

Veer is the guy who is not possessive about his girl. She dares to kiss a random guy, he is completely ok with it. And in that dismisses her guilt, her anxiety.

He laughs seing Mishty's concern about his mom.

He just says I wanted to put colors on her first. That's it. Moves on.

Veer laughs after her girl hugs his friend mistaking him to be Veer.

Everybody in the family finds Veer a good guy.

And Mishty??? All of the above made her feel extremely bad, extremely guilty, extremely sad, extremely frustrated. Extreme emotions. But she has to stifle them inside her coz his man doesn't understand. He feels all of this is a kiddos drama. She is starved of that kind of attention and involvement. She is practical and has high morals. Knows still she will go ahead with the marriages.

Here comes Ruhan. Takes her very seriously. Responds to her every reaction with full involvement. Feels her anger, gets angry on her. Says sorry and thank you together. They are completely in sync.

This is what the makers are trying to show. Veer has made her starve of this. He loves her, but is not involved. Almost like he doesn't care. It's like, cut the crap. This is what she hears when he laughs at her, mocks her.

And with Ruhan, she feels alive, she feels aknowledged, she feels important. Why , why will she not get attracted to him? Why will not feel like being with him? This is reason enough. Not lust or even may be not love. But attracted. And rightly so.

If you see the first incident in isolation, Veer appears to be a very gentle and a good guy. Where he doesn't make it a big deal of kissing a random guy.

But as the episodes go, you can see a pattern. He is a chilled out person. Casual in approach. Veer is an excellent friend. The cool, relaxed guy in a group of buddies. But as a chilled out husband, will that work for Mishty? May be, may be not.

Mishty is a highly emotional person. She is not at all depressed. Has a past baggage. She deals with her emotions by masking them in front of Veer. And it has worked so far.

Ruhan, again is not depressed. He is a very sensitive guy. His profession says it. He is not a business corporate guy. For the first time we see him, he takes the photograph of the little girl more than her flirting mom. He understands the flirting. But chooses to respond with respect.

Hope we have all seen English Vinglish. The husband loved Sri. But no involvement and understanding of his wife. When a random guy gave that importance and let her be, she opened up and was attracted. Was she in love with that guy?? No. Was it lust? Not at all.

It was attraction for a starved soul. That's it.

I don't know whether this attraction will culminate into love in Mishty's case. May be she will come back to Veer. But not before Veer and Mishty's equation changes for the better. They must go through a crisis.

If the makers take the route of an affair with Ruhan, then they will have to show degradation of MishVeer more.

For that we have to wait.

Waise maine itna dhyaan nahi dia hai mishveer pr apke post me point hai,mai yeh nahi kahungi ki veer mock krta hai but ha thoda jada involvement jaroori hai mishti ke case me coz wo emotionally kafi diaturbed hai apne past ki wajah se aur issi liye wo khud nahi bata pati usko force krna padta hai apne emotions share karne ke liye. Mujhe mishveer ka wo engagement wala scene kafi acha laga tha coz waha veer ne try kia tha uske emotions ko bahar lane ka but uske baad bas koi khaas effort nahi bs pareshaan ho toh romance wala part dikhaya gya hai,I hope cvs iss baat pr dhyaan de taki baad me mishveer breakup forced na lage.
