I think people who said that Pari has a few qualities of Mauli, didn't mean that she is Mauli's daughter.
Pari loves Mauli and Nandini has said that she wants a daughter like Mauli. When Pari beat those guys in restaurants, that was badass like Mauli and impulsive like Kunal.
It doesn't mean she is Mauli but simply that Pari looks up to Mauli.
So these qualities are not innate qualities of Mauli but acquired by Pari herself, when you like someone, you want to be like them
