Pari is smart and intelligent who has willingness to work and already working on creative department. If you are asking someone to think beyond comfort zone than it can't be called as mistake.
Being team lead I never allowed my team to always work in their comfort zone as per their liking, I always push them out of their comfort zone to explore more side of development structure. Here I totally understood mishti's point of view .
Puri zindgi business comfort zone mai nai hota . Agar apko business ka ek department pasand hai to ap usme kaam karo par apko har department ke basis par soch kar final decision Lena Ana chahiye.
Agar ap apne department ke allawa kuch karna he nai chahiye to business chod dena chahiye or koi ek job he le lena chahiye jaha ap apni choice ka ek he kaam puri life karte raho.
Agar pari ko sirf creative kaam he karna hai puri life than she should inform mishti that she want to do creative job and not business par pari aisa kuch bol bhi nai rai hai . Agar bol de ki wo creative job karegi to mishti usko forcefully nai rakhegi na business mai . Pari should announce that she want to take job in any other company's creative department because personal business mai to dusre department ka bhi sochna padega .
I completely agree with you. Pari is much better than Nandu.
The most good thing about her is she doesn't ask help for every problem. She takes challenges which is unlike her mom and knows fight too.
This is the reason why I don't think Mishti should help her.
If a horse runs slow you can force her to be better. But if that is a bird, you can't make it run, it will fly only.
This is the problem with Pari. She doesn't give much respect to Arnav because she also got the same work as Arnav got...I mean muft mein. If she had to work hard to get a job she would learn responsibility.
Mother bird kicks her kids, out not because she hates her kids, but because she wants her kids to be strong and independent.
Pari is not Mishti's daughter. Just sis. She is acting like Mauli. Remember how Mauli used to take care of Nandu. Lock thik karne ki bhi capability nehi thi Nandu ki. 😕 Mauli helped her and sent Kunal to fix that lock.
I am seeing another Mauli in Mishti.
However I am finding Ruhan better ...he first asked Pari. Pari said her scooty has problem. Ruhan asked can she drive jeep? Pari said yes and we saw how horrible driver she was. Ruhan didn't have to utter a word but Pari understood she can't drive. So when Ruhan taunted her saying the man at the fuel station "give her fuel, plenty of fuel". He proved her that she needs fuel, her scooty was not the problem.
I think if Mishti let Pari find her own job she can either learn to work. Or learn the value of money ...and may be respect Arnav too. I am missing respect for Arnav in her. Or she may get a man and get married , understnading that business is not her way.
On the other hand Mishti knows business. Hire better worker in Pari's post, who will help her to improve her business. Thus Mishti will become a good businesswoman. ...may be earn more money and help Ansh. Pari is already at Mishti's age. She either take her responsibility or find a groom.
Its like everything on either Mauli's shoulder or Mishti's. Let the other try. If they are capable they will have success, if not learn the capability of them...I mean Nandu and Pari. I think if Mauli did that she could save her marriage. She gave too much comfort to Kunal too. This is becomng genetical now.
