it's one of the things, but all the things shown to show kunal's growing feelings towards nandini just looked like pure lust and no real emotional connection, no valid reason for his betraying mauli. Just mauli got more busy in her work as she was saving money to help kunal open his own doctor's clinic whilst this pig instead of talking to mauli about giving him more time was romancing nandini behind her back. There was no depth to the kunal-nandini so-called love and everything about the reason for them to grow close were so vain.
