I'm sure Mauli considered Pari just like her daughter so Wat if she didn't marry kunal? A twk minute end game doesn't change the fact how much Mauli loves and cares for Pari😊

It was not a two minute endgame for your information.

Since you are all praises for Pari, yes, I am sure Mauli had a really great relationship with Pari. There's nothing wrong with that.

I don't think anyone would understand the pain of Kunal, when he gave up the rights of his first born Mishti to Ishaan. He could have asked Mauli for shared custody, without his permission Ishaan wouldn't have been allowed to adopt Mishti in first place, but he made it very clear to Mauli in first two weeks after leap that he won't take away Mishti from her. He was the only one who understood the psychological troubles of Mishti and took steps to make sure she is fine, not an Ehsan but he did what a father should do, he helped Mishti.

I read somewhere that "Agar insaan se koi galti ho jaye aur us galti ka ehsas hone par agar hum Allah se mafi mang le to vo shayad maaf kar dete hai, magar insaan maaf nahi karta"

Lmao! 🤣🤣
Don't mean to offend you but this got me!

Ap ko mera pranam for having such a mahan vichar. 🤣

Even if Kunal shared the custody Mauli would have the first right to Mishti as per Indian law a child of 5 years or below is handed to the mother. Even when parents share custody father is allowed to meet the child or take him/her for weekends, holidays etc according to the child's convinience. Thus Mishti would stay with Mauli even if Kunal had joint custody ie she would stay Mauhaan ultimately after their marriage.
Now coming to the adoption then once again, no consent of the father is required. There are no such laws. You can read the Hindu Adoption Act if still not convinced. Mauli and Kunal are divorced thus, Ishaan does not require Kunal's permission to adopt Mishti. I know this cause the same happened in my family. My cousin was adopted by his step father after his mother second marriage and they didn't need his biological father's consent or permission even though he was alive cause his biological father and mother were already divorced.
The same applies to Mauhaan Mishti and Kunal.

But if you still want to believe that Kunal was mahan cause he gave consent to Ishaan which was not even needed in the first place to adopt Mishti then feel free to live in your lala land.

No offense taken, I am quite used to the mocking that follows a difference of opinion. Now I get to watch memes on IF, what can be better than that?

Anyway, you really need to understand that none can adopt a child without consent of biological parents. A father has same right as a mother. I don't know which law did you read as you did not provide a substantial tact to back your gifs, I was worried that our laws are doing this injustice to biological fathers, Kunal may not be the best father for Mishti but he is a TV character and here we are talking about real life. So I read a notification by "Ministry of women and child development" dated January 14th, 2017 regarding adoption regulations framed by Central Adoption resource authority.

Child eligible for adoption : Clause 4 -child or children of spouse from earlier marriage, surrendered by the biological parent(s) for adoption by the step-parent.

Good to know that laws are not made looking at a TV character in mind.
When we are talking about this show, let's go back when Ishaan wanted to adopt Mishti, the lawyer told him that Kunal's consent is required. When Mauli wanted full custody of Mishti the lawyer told her that she can't get full custody without Kunal's consent. That's what happened in the show. I would have uploaded the gif of the episode but I haven't got the knack yet

Pata nahi that universal remote which controls opinions and thought process of people, doesn't work on us. But again I do like scattered light more than a monochromatic beam covered by a slit
