There is a huge difference between Ishaan 's hand in Mishti 's growing up and Mauli's in Pari.

Ishaan, Misti and Mauli were family. Mauli and Pari were not . Mauli and Pari may have been fond of each other. But Mauli was not Pari's mother.
Radhika had a bigger role in Pari's growing up as compared to Mauli. If you see now Pari's relation with Mauli did not seem as close. She misses her mom at every point of time. Do you see Mishti missing Kunal ? No na.

People trying to make Kunal mahaan for the adoption thingy is really funny when in fact he has no say in it.. I have not followed mouhaan story or even a single episode featuring ishaan.. But I have only one thing to say

Btw does anyone see Pari missing Mauli AUNTY ?? They were supposed to be like Mom and daughter na???????
