It seems like kunal is remembering that he was one betrayed mauli .

In today's episode he said kisne kisko dhokha diya bhul jate hai .. that means in deep within he is sensing that he is the one who has done this thing. He never said mauli I want to forgive you for Your Dhokha all he said kisne kisko dhokha diya bhul jate hai .

He has not remembered mishti pari yet but definitely he is sensing his affair with other woman that's why this repeated dialogue in episode on kisne kya kiya sab bhul jao and not mauli tumne jo kiya wo bhul jao. In someone's word "Kunal knows what he did was wrong, so he's using Mauli's "betrayal" as leverage to say "Hey, we were both wrong, so let's just forget it." He's trying to sweep what he did under a carpet by saying, "Mauli I forgive you, just accept me and let's start over." Very smart

Ishaaannn ... please leave guy ... we love you and crying for you. They are making you outsider as per their convenience. Poor guy.

Kunal's character has become a joke now, there is literally 0 hope left for him. IshaaLi should just take Pari and raise her cause even she deserves better than Kunal.

Can he even be loyal? He wasn't loyal to Mauli and it seems now he isn't even loyal to Nandini. His true love has no meaning. Instead of truly trying to understand what he really did , Kunal is busy trying to use a leverage to get Mauli back. At least first understand what you did.
