I don't wish to have a TV character in my real life, if I wanted a character it would be Drogon from GoT...

Anyway, people in real life are not white, I have my own set of flaws so my expectations from people in real life are very realistic

That make me understand your view well. Because you connect to Kunal well you are his admirer while I can't tolerate morally compromised people so he seems like a villain to me. I will anyday prefer a person who remain true tow hat he actually is anyday even if he is worst person in the world over someone who don't have his own moral compass.

I don't admire Kunal, don't put words in my mouth.

I watch many shows and movies, I don't connect them to my real life. Take Joker, from batman for an example, I can tell you many people I know love his character, but it doesn't mean everyone approves of him in real life, can you imagine a man not feeling anything after blowing a hospital building, that's spooky but good for a 2 hours movie, not in real life, I don't admire joker or his abilities, but I do understand he was mentally challenged...
In this show take Mauli for example, that woman was sleeping on her fiance's shoulder dreaming and smiling thinking about her ex husband, is that morally correct? I won't judge her because I do understand her

One cant talk about morals and then talk about judging someone's thoughts or feelings. That isnt moral...they can only be judged for their actions and to some extent their words. Thats where morals comes. Do you do what you feel and dream without any regard to morals, just like Kunal? Or do you think about consequences of your feelings and thoughts, if you were to act on them...and thats moral. And where Mouli is. Thinking and weighing her feelings, thoughts, memories...
Even if he chooses Kunal now, will she ditch Ishaan the same way the cheater did years ago...breaki g with completely with accusations and insults?
Even if she chooses Ishaan, we know almost with certainty that she wont throw Kunal's past behaviour to his face...

Either cases Mouli is still gvery high on morals.

exactly you can't control your dreams now can we ? But we can control our actions ..our morals restricting us from doing immoral actions...And Anyway why does everyone make such a big thing about that dream..it was just a dream about what happened during the day..it was about her and Kunal with the children .Because it was a happy occasion of him spending time with her and their child for the very first time..it was not a dream about her wanting to get intimate with him..

Didn't I write "I won't judge her"?

I remember how everyone including me criticized Kunal when he dreamed about Nandini in that white setting, didn't we call it "Emotional cheating"?

I am not even criticizing Mauli here because I understand her

PS : Morals and values are different for different people, there's no straight forward rule book for it

Its not about whether you judge her or not...its about you CANT. That would be immoral. You cant bring up morals and then judge someone s morality vased on.their dream, not even their consicous thought, but their dreams.

While nuances of morals and values might be different, but there are basic rules even in the world of morality. honestly if you tell people that you judge them for their dream no one will say that your morals and values are different so its vali and okay.

And idk about you, but I didnt judge Kunal for freaming about Nandink. Heck even till this day I am not asking Kunal to say that he didnt love Nandini. I judge him for the way the talked to, treated, accused, broke Mouli. Not his dreams, not his jjuzzbaats, not his thoughts...his awful words and his despicable actions

So I am immoral now if I judge Mauli, a TV character?
Can you please give me this book of yours? So many rules dah.

PS : I can do everything I want, it's a TV show, I am not going to believe that it's immoral to judge a TV character

I am out...

YOU brought morality in this. YOU started this. YOU wanted to talk about it and now someone is having a discussion YOUare being defensive.

I also said, irl if you judge SOMEONE (not Mouli but someone in irl) for their feeling or dream you will not have a valid case.

And as far as Mouli goes you are already judging her for her dream, meanwhile forgetting everything Kuna did and said. Thats dubble standard. Do it all you want but people will respond and that what we are doing.

That's a lot of shouting but I'd prefer that much reading as well...

I didn't bring up the morality thing, that's why when you jump between a conversation you have to read what people are talking about, I was having a discussion with @Ria2794 she spoke aboutmorality (Page 9 last comment) and my reply was to her comment... I didn't bring up morality or anything

We were talking about Mauli and not real life, that's why my example was Mauli, who is a TV character, I don't judge people in real life, not because it's immoral but because I don't care about their dreams

I said "I am not judging Mauli for this, because i understand her" but you are stuck there and said it's immoral to judge her...
