Ishaan doesn't do anything apart from making sad faces, the guy has no character... Someone like Kunal, who is so bad gets only 6% less votes than him... When It was Nandini vs Mauli, Mauli used to get more than 80% votes...

Mauli is good, mahan, selfless but amazingly written

I somewhere agree with what you are saying. More than Ishaan I would say , Ishaan and Mauli's story wasn't well developed. I remember in the beginning Ishaan used to say cheesy dialogues to visibly confused and uncomfortable Mauli. 😆 . Then they showed that Mauli got comfortable with Ishaan after Kunal helped Ishaan plan a few gifts. I mean his 3 years of selfless commitment doesn't matter but gifts do. 😆 . Extremely silly points in their story. So yes I would say that their story is not well developed or written. Best scenario for me would be Mauli single but since that will never happen choice is between Kunal and Ishaan . This is like choosing between devil and deep blue sea both badly written storyline's but I would go with Ishaan since for me Mauli and Kunal reunion would be downright insulting to women who have been through adultery.

see like in school time coming first is coming first right. Now whether some one has come first by 1 or 2 or 10 marks it doesn't matter. First is first. Viewers like Ishaan more. Now what happens in the serial that is different.

What help has Ishaan taken from Kunal ? Choice of gifts? Men do that all the time. Some of them don't have a good sense of giving the right gift to their GF or even wife.
If my husband gives me a gift suggested by a colleague and doesn't let me know , I dont think its any big deal.Its so trivial.

I voted for Mauli in it, But the result of that poll was weird because Mauli was the least voted there, I assumed that people maybe in any ship but everyone loves Mauli which is not the case...

Anyway coming to the point, we were discussing Ishaan's character, his best comparison in the show is Mauli, who is somewhat similar character, she is selfless and the nicest character but during EMA in each and every poll Mauli used to get more than 80% votes, and if Ishaan's character sketch was executed nicely like Mauli's character sketch, people wouldn't have voted for Kunal...

If you check my post like a month ago you'd see that I absolutely disliked Kunal, but Ishaan taking Kunal's help ruined Ishaan as a character for me..

Edit - I'd like to add that will this little difference of votes will matter in the story like it did during KuNan vs Mauli? I really don't think so, considering the episode where Mauli says "Oh God Kunal Ye Kya Kar Rahe Ho" and thinks about Kunal is trendiest in India on YouTube after a long time...

Trendiest as in trendiest among all serials or trendiest among Silsila episodes? In any case I have seen that video and read the comments 😆 . I won't say what the comments are? Why don't you read it for yourself. Of course not. 😆 I am not a kid to believe that. Writers will write what they want write and for me writing is clear that writers want Maunal.
