Yes, seriously... neither her mom, nor her daadi, dida, popsie could heal Mishti's mental trauma after finding out about Kunal leaving her. However, Kunal did it and now she's so mature and cares about Pari like never before.

I still remember the days when she locked Pari in the bathroom. Kunal was the one who healed her out from that. He was actually the only one who recognized it as a psychological issue while everyone else was ignoring it or scolding her.
