I think that is Kunals biggest punishment and karma...when he doubted Maulis pregnancy he gave Up all rights to mishty. He lost mishty forever. He will be Never be her father in her eyes..she's given that right to Ishaan. When mishty thinks of her father ,.she will only think of Ishaan..what can be a greater loss than that to any father...your child has disowned you ...And Kunal does deserve at least this for his rejection of Mauli and mishty .
