I read some posts blaming Mauli for the EMA . Hence I had to write. Is Maunal ending so important that we are now blaming Mauli for the EMA? In case of, Maunal all expectations are from Mauli. She shouldn't fall for Ishaan , she should realise her mistakes in the EMA, she shouldn't smile and laugh with Ishaan? I mean Kunal can marry and have a kid with some one but Mauli can't even be happy about the idea of some one else. Matlab these are the heights for regresiveness. For Maunal to happen more that Mauli Kunal needs to do and feel things. Kunal needs to be in love with Mauli in his normal state, Kunal needs to realise EMA was wrong, Kunal needs to apologise for leaving Mauli and thrusting divorce papers in her face. I don't understand why all expectations from the wronged woman and not the man who wronged her?

Choru yaar. Fandom's and biases have clouded people's gauge of right and wrong. Don't give such posts any importance. Most viewers agree that EMA is wrong and cannot be justified under any circumstances and that even if Mauli was "wrong" then Kunal should have communicated it to her. Let's not forget when Mauli missed the movie, she made up for it with having a roof top movie projector set up for Kunal. This proves that she was aware of being busy always, she was considerate towards Kunal's needs, she tried to make up for her "wrong doings" and it was Kunal's fault for not communicating and instead seeking that attention and love from someone else (Nandini). All marriages have their drawbacks, he should have told Mauli and they should have solved their issues together. There is only one reason behind the EMA and that is Kunal, his weakness, and his choice. That's all.

Choru, khoon math jalao ase posts parhke. Instead come to the Mauhaan AT and partake in the positivity and cheer.

The best thing to come out of the EMA was that Mauli got a life partner like Ishaan who is understanding towards Mauli being a busy Dr., who doesn't care about kheer/sweets and sari's, whose emphasis is on a strong foundation based on communication rather than intimacy 24/7. So actually we should thank Kunal for being the padaav that took Mauli towards her Manzil. There is this American song called "God blessed the broken road that takes me straight to you" by Rascal Flatts. It fits Maunal perfectly, as Kunal was just a northern star, guiding Mauli to her true love, Ishaan. And Kunal did also give Mauli the real love of her life - Mishti. So let's be thankful for Kunal 😉

I think Mauli s lack of time for Kunal is being blamed. But when both partners are working there is no time at all, I get to talk to my husband on weekends. That's the story of all working couples. If Kunal wanted a Churi bindi saree wife sitting at home and cooking his favourite dishes, he should not have married Mauli.
That's not Mauli. She herself said it to him after the confrontation. She doesn't even want to be.

Yup. He knew who he was marrying. He made mistakes every step of the way. Writers are trying hard to dig him out of the hole, but it's not possible.

Eh, whatever, good riddance to the Maunal love story. It's all about Mauhaan now. They are bonding due to all this. That is all that matters.

Mauli's entire life revolved around KUNAL and HIS family ( Working extra to raise funds for KUNAL's clinic ). So much so that she used to hear taunts from her mother for not supporting her family's expenses.
This was Mauli's unsaid, un-proclaimed love. And IMO, this love conquers all other kinds of love. As compared to this, Kunal's love revolved around what - big verbal promises, dates etc.

And a relationship is always about understanding what's not being said. Not what's being shouted from a roof top. Kunal failed to understand Mauli's love, and he cheated. Mauli was never wrong.

This is the justification that cheaters use for cheating. The "something might have gone wrong in our relationship"... or the classic " My needs aren't being met ". Cheaters always blame the other party for their infidelity because it is convenient.
What they forget is that cheating is just not acceptable. If you are unhappy about something, communicate! It things still don't work out, head out of the relationship gracefully, DO NOT BETRAY YOUR PARTNER!

The betrayal is devastating, the disrespect, the lack of empathy. When you are cheating on your spouse, you take the risk of infecting your partner with STDs! You ruin their ability to trust on people.

Kunal went a step ahead and insulted Mauli for...acting like a heartbroken person? Didn't he call her a girl hui aurat?

When a pregnant Mauli fell down while trying to save a child, his first instinct was not to protect her, his first reaction was DOUBT! He didn't feel worried about their unborn child, he was busy accusing her if faking the pregnancy. That's how cheap and disgusting he is. I'm so glad Mishti got a protective father in Ishaan because her biological father didn't give a damn about her well-being when she was in her mother's womb. He didn't give a damn if she or her mother got hurt.

I can never forget that episode. It sealed the deal for me.

The fact is that Kunal is a horrible, selfish human being and deserves all the pain in the world

Not just for this show. It happens all the time in real world as well. I heard well educated young women saying things like wife needs to snatch back and keep the husband in grip once he starts straying ignoring how it scars the woman if cheated. Most of the times first the wife blames herself first thinking something is lacking in her. Same happened with mauli too. How strong she is always yet she doubted herself what kami was there.
Personally I have seen many marriages from outside having lot more problems than just lack of spending time together yet they endure and don't go in the cheapest path of cheating.

And that 'lacking something' in their marriage happens only after meeting another woman.. how convenient..🤢

This track is also showing a stark contrast between Kunal and Ishaan and KuNan and Mauhaan.
KuNan is based off of having a quiet, soft spoken, shy, sari wearing, kheer and pasta making wife.

Mauhaan is based off of trust, communication, honesty, strength, friendship, and peace (amongst other things).
