I haven't been watching the show since quite a long time but so don't know what has been going on but from the posts on this forums it seems like Kunal has lost his memory of 7 years and only remembers Mauli as his wife.
I think Mauli while living with Kunal will begin loving him madly again and wish all this was reality. Kunal's memory will come back and he will send Mauli back to Ishaan she will go half-heartedly then in the end Ishaan will realise Mauli still loves Kunal and will decide to sacrifice his love to reunite MauNal.
What do you guys think?
