We don't know what Mishti thinks. For the billionth times, we have no idea what Mishti is feeling because literally not a single adult in her life has asked what she knows, thinks or feels. They are literally morons. They are not even good at guessing. It doesn't take a genius to know Mishti's immense hatred for Pari at the moment stems from jealousy.
Mauli is so wrong for separating Ishaan and Mishti like that. This has got to be one of the worst actions a character has taken in this show. First of all, to Ishaan Mishti is his daughter. We knew that within 1-2 days of his entry when Kunal was mad someone took his daughter from the camp and Ishaan said he understood because if someone had taken his daughter Mishti then he would've lost his mind. At that time to Ishaan, Mishti was his daughter. And Mauli let him have that. That had nothing to do with whether she was going to marry him or not. So how can she end it so abruptly? Even if she is thinking of Ishaan and Mishti here, letting them move on, not get attached further, her actions are so sudden that literally it makes no sense. It makes no sense that a human thought this was an okay action to take.
I love Mauli so I always put myself in her shoes and try to feel what she feels. So looking at it from her perspective, she is confused. I get it. She also doesn't know what actions to take to solve everything, I get it. This really is a mess that she didn't create. She is just stuck in the middle. But whatever it is, if you are serious about not hurting people then you need to make them understand it. You can't wake up one morning and tell a 6 year old that man who she considers her dad will no longer be her father and she can't even meet him!! That is such BS! I get it. She doesn't want to marry him. Okay. But Ishaan and Mishti relationship existed long before her engagement. They stand independently from her relationship with Ishaan. She can let her meet him at least. Slowly pull her away. Talk to Ishaan after he is done with his initial shock about the break up and let him help you pull Mishti away if that is what you want. When it comes to relationships, love and feelings you can't be a dictator and be like okay now turn of that switch so your love for the person ends, and cut the relationship tie. It doesn't work like that.
