All am gonna say is Journey and friction is important if handled well. Plus there are different views, or probablities on end. Everyone seems to predict the end, too soon and are more interested there, with just few options. All am saying is end can be totally unexpected too, like Mauli just dies cos of some natural calamity, or ishaan turns negative or Kunal suffers memory loss...

Yet to read whole post, seems too massive, will do it by late evening

Hello, Pretty!
Nice and long post, loved reading it.

I'll put across my thoughts here. Hope to catch the rest of discussion later.

I love Maunal, still do, yet I don't want them together. This is because I belong to the usoolowaale log and hope Mauli does too, and hope sometime Kunal will understand what is the difference between usool and jazbaat.

Does Mauli deserve Kunaal? I think we'll all say she deserves better and that better is Ishaan .
How is that possible when she still yearns for Kunal? She will have to mature enough to know Kunal was the khoobsurat and many a times painful padaav towards Ishaan. She has been stuck at the same place for years and there's no point trying to create a life out of that stagnant pond. There will come a time when she has to step out, I hope the writers will do good.

Does Kunal deserve Mauli? Not yet...
I don't feel the writers wrote Nandini as his true love. Kunal was the biggest fanboy of the ultimate tragedy queen. It was sympathy and adoration that made him blind towards his true love...he is still blind to that. I don't even see the concept of Kunal falling in love with Mauli again. For me, it is simply him knowing he was always in love with her and Nandini was an offtrack. I don't intend to belittle his feelings - jazbaaat jazbaat hote hai , after all. Any jazbaat that leaves a trail of broken hearts behind, is just jazbat .It is not love. It was a great feeling, and I'm glad for both Nandini and Kunal that they had a great feeling for each other...but trampling on someone's happiness to give way to one's feelings - love doesn't make one do that. Would not call it lust either...they should have handled whatever it was, better.

Can Kunal be redeemed? Yes, when he lets Mauli move on, just like she let him. He takes all the pain she carried all these years too. I don't think he gets Mauli at the cost of Ishaan.

If this was a simple love triangle , with no marriage, kids or a second love triangle - poor Kunal would have had it easy with a second chance. Unfortunately for him, there was a secure marriage he walked out of, as if it was a casual affair - going to prove a very costly mistake for him.

Is it possible for Mauli to move on? I'm actually looking forward to seeing her growth. She tried being blind to her feelings, keeping them away. She has to confront it, understand it, and stack it away and move on. I don't blame her for still hurting...she will continue to love him. I'm with Dida here. Kunal will continue to hurt her. ..It won't be another affair... He simply won't put her on a pedestal and worship her like Ishaan if he gets her easy...

Can Ishaan let go of Mauli ? He loves her and admires her. If Maunal is end game at all, Ishaan will be the one to decide. He is the most mature of the three. I'm sure he won't stay heart broken... For Mishti 's sake, I hope Mauli - Ishaan will be the end game. Maunal is too embarrassing and complicated.

Mauli is wrong, btw. Love doesn't happen only once.

cant mauli see this?? is she a teenager who should be hurt/uncomfortable knowing that he isnt getting affected by ishaan's name and not mature enough to see that he was indifferent to her pain.?? . its not only about cheating her and leaving them alone..

if writers were actually making mauli seek his attention then i am so sorry for looking it as something different.. now they are putting a question mark not only on her integrity but also on her maturity..

if philosophy could help then juzzbaat ka naara would have worked...
there is a message for u in the next post as well.

See. Firstly I am totally against the idea of mauli +kunal. I never liked them so much , nor did I forget what kunal and nandini did to her. However , mauli as a lady lost respect in my eyes when she forgave kunal and dreamt of a normal life after his innumerable stupidities and claims of loving only nandini.infact all the three of them . Kunal nandini and mauli. I dunno why you are expecting maturity from them now.

Now, ishan is equally indifferent towards her . That's what I felt . In all this while he has no clue what's going on in her mind , he is only a good nanny to mishti. So either mauli stays single or she finds someone who she can fall in love with. Both the options are good for me . No ishan or kunal as of now but she is drawn towards kunal again and if she does and kunal agrees , ok..If she marries ishan , she and ishan will lead an unhappy life n I don't wish that for ishan . Also the uncertainty factor which is there with kunal is true for ishan also. I think in that scenario she knows kunal better than ishan so kunal is a safer bet .

Maturity for me is what was shown in the movie masoom . An excellent movie of all times . Tanujas character hated her husband throughout the movie and gave self respect and what not reason for it but she goes back to him all of a sudden with his one sorry. This moves shabana and helps her taking a decision for her family . Anyways silsila can never touch that level of reality and emotions and maturity . They must end the serial as they don't have a story . Is there one without nandini? They degraded mauli much earlier .

yes i agree!! friction is important and i always say they need to keep this push and pull game going so that the show progresses.

plastic surgery, memory loss, surrogacy, vamps and villains and pyshcos. these things are indian tv shows speciality but this show doesnt need all these things to bring maunal together or keep them away.. no? its a very real show. as in expect the stupid reasoning for ema all other things are in real zone.. may be EMA is also in real zone but they want to keep people involved in ema paak/pavitra/nice so they have messed it up badly. but overall this is no regular show which needs all these things..

if u have time read it..
thanx for ur response..

seriously.. 😆
i feeling like over usoolwadi to myself now..

i dont know till yet what does tv makers mean by regressive and progressive..

ema- progressive?? amd not accepting this - regressive??
why dont they get it that ema can not be even classified in these two categories. its irrelevant..

and its not the ema whixh people didnt accept but its execution..!
anyway i am regressive person i guess.
