Good move on DD's part.

Time for the story to show some morals now.

Granted it's the 21st century but extra marital affairs are still not condoned in any society so I'm really not sure what this show is trying to prove

This is probably the happiest piece of news regarding the show as far as most people are concerned. Whether she was shown the door or she quit its a win win situation. Drashti can move on , her haters, Nandini haters can ( should ) move on and from what i can see Drashti fans have somewhat already moved on given more than half her fanbase wasnt even watching the crapfest. I don't get how her some of her detractors who ideally should be happy are actually finding a reason to diss her even for this. Like , Drashti /Nandini gone..ab khush raho.. enjoy the show, root for Mauli being independent..raising a kid all by herself and all that... bala tali.. ! Phir bhi dil kare toh come to her next show's forum and diss her there..im sure there will be plenty of reasons to do that !

IMHO, the decision was a mutual one between Drashti and the PH. Maybe she was asked to slash her fee and she didn't want to and given how the character had nothing to offer her as an actress , she was happy moving on and hence the decision .

As for promoting the show till last week , anyone who's followed Drashtis career from the start will tell you there's not one bad thing any PH has ever had to say about her in her 10 plus yr long career. Even if she's no longer a part of the show and the producers in a last ditch attempt asked her to promote , she will do it. I don't think most people here know she and her coactors from Geet continued to promote the show barely 3 days before the channel star one got cancelled. Thats extremely professional. She might not be a part of the show but she made sure to give her 100% uptill the time that she was there.

tBH both nandini and Kunals characters are terrible. I wouldn't mind seeing both of them die. But then the story will have To change completely.

The PH head interview. She quit because she was not comfortable playing a mother which is understandable as most actresses are not.

If this is true and not a rumor...then I'm happy as a DD fan. 👏
Now I will not watch this serial anymore.😃
It doesn't look like they are going to punish Kunal for cheating his wife oror find him guilty for his so called Pavitra Rishta.🤢🤢🤢 That no good crying baby Kunal is a headache...may be Shakti should leave this show too. 😆

Thank God. DD got her sense back. She shouldn't work here from the beginning. 🤢 Now I hope DD fans( me too) will be in RIP. 😆
