You can see a lot was changed after DD quitting news came, I am not saying she forced PH, I just think they told her that they'll change it to suit her because she is the lead, but even after these changes, the backlash was same and it increased after promotion of EMA.

It's DD's life and she knows what's the best for her, I don't think she is unprofessional, the hatred she got as an actor (not the character) was uncalled for and I feel anyone in her place would have done the same.

Let me tell you from what I have seen most of the Mauli fans wanted this only, so changing the story for fans where Nandini was shown as mahan character sacrificing her love for Kunal is not what fans wanted and if you do not believe me, you can check any platform. I'd still say showing Nandini positive is what went wrong and yes, the character wasn't good and it's DD's prerogative to decide what's best for her life

I never made any assumption i always said I m happy whosoever decision it is.It is good decision.Read my post again.I just gave you info that some D fans already knew about her quitting don't know how as some know DD personally.That doesn't mean I m assumptions that she quit i shared info with you .

I have seen the mock shoot videos, where Kunal tells Nandini that he can't leave Mauli then he goes to Mauli but she leaves him, that was the story, I am not making assumptions and you saying "Nandini was never supposed to be a negative character" is just that, just an assumption. At least I have mock shoot videos to explain why I think, what I think what is your claim?


I really don't think the story was changed for fans else there would have been a redemption track, but what we got was Nandini mahanta track, anyway, there's no point discussing it now.

DD did what's the best for her and it's her life, her decision and I do agree writer failed with Nandini's character big time

Title of the thread is perfect now.She is not a part of silsila.Nobody has come forward with any official confirmation on why is she no more a part of the show.i m sure soon enough we will know whether she was shown the door or she decided she dint wanted to continue.
