I don't think now anything can open their eyes.. Infact CVs doesn't want that.. Kuch bhi ho, Divine Love n divine couple cannot be wrong is CVs POV.

I don't think it's cvs point of view that it's divine love, it's Kunal and nandanis point of view rather. In the whole show, the only two people who don't think they're doing something wrong is in fact just Kunal and Nandini. Everyone else can give logical explanations as to why they're not correct in their decion to betray Mauli but KN can only depend on divine love because then they can get away without having to explain themselves. Saying oh it just happened or we were destined to be together or falling in love with someone isn't wrong are just excuses and it's letting them tell themselves that what they're doing is okay. Because they're the ones at the brunt of everyone's anger so they gotta tell themselves whatever they can to not fall apart? That's how I'm seeing it. If there was even one person who said oh yeah Kunal it was great that you cheated on your wife then that would be not cool. Kunal and Nandini don't think they're doing anything wrong so they don't feel guilt or remorse about it. It's a different story that they chose to take this step and logically should be thinking about someone besides the two of them.

Its not impacting them because they were ready for it. They knew they were going to hear this taunts, face this humiliation, and also for Mauli's pain. Yes, they were not prepared for how she found out but they were definitely ready for the aftermath. Hence, they have build a defense around them and nothing is penetrating it. In their mind, its the prize they have to pay for their love. The biggest prize was leaving his family and breaking her friendship. Compare to that all this is nothing for them, just a side effect. I mean if she can survive the blackening of her face, what are these taunts. The only thing they care about at this moment is being together and if this is prize for it, so be it.

It has to be something very significant for her to realize where she is going and what she is doing and it has to be something related to Mauli or Kunal. Something that will shake her. Kunal will not leave her after coming so far, he cannot. If they are planning any eye-opening, it will be only from Nandini's side and its needs to come from her if they follow the pattern of their relationship.
