Absolutely pathetic.Law is not always right.I suppose you considered Indian homosexuals criminals too till a few days back.Rajdeep IS a rapist.I know you are disgusted or whatever with nandini but may be you should think about the real women who are raped/forced by their husbands before stating that rajdeep isn't a rapist and thus implying that these real women's husbands aren't forcing them either.
Also as much as I have read and remember the court refused to recognize it as a separate crime because 'it is harder to prove' but if it can be proved that while being forced the wife suffered physical injuries then the husband can be booked under domestic violence.
Let us also keep in mind that nandini wants to divorce rajdeep, has alleged in front of police that he is physically violent and has asked for a restraining order against him.Under such circumstances won't rajdeep be guilty if he enters her house and molests her?

@Gulneet I am sorry but are you comparing cheating with Rape and sexual abuse? You do know right that when you rape someone you do it without their consent .What Rajdeep did with Nadini is unfathomable and unpardonable and most importantly without consent. Kunal and Nandini 's relationship on the other hand is with consensus of both of them . No matter how wrong Nandini is at the moment you really cannot compare her to someone who raped his own wife, tried to sell her off to his colleague when she was pregnant, and killed his own child by kicking his wife in the stomach and leaving her to die. He is someone who took his own baby's life I am sorry but he is simply inhuman to be compared with anybody.

Nandini is also a rapist. She raped mauli's life . Nandini is worst than rajdeep she is a rapist b***ch pr********😡.🤬

CHEATING IS AS HEINOUS AS RAPE

Writing something in block letters doesn't make it the truth.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO COMPARISON between the trauma suffered by a rape victim with victims of other crimes.

Cheating can make you feel betrayed and develop trust issues, but that is nothing compared to the trauma a victim of rape goes through. Sorry to say, you're not only trivializing the crime but your comments show that you have scant idea of the severity of the crime.

It is absolute horror when somebody forcibly penetrates your body without consent. It living hell. Nothing can compare with that.

Please don't make such shocking and appalling comments and insult rape victims. Please.

In some countries even adultery is a big crime.
They are flogged and hanged for it.

That's mostly in backward countries like Saudi Arabia. there rape victims are flogged and stoned for 'being alone with an unrelated man'. 🤢

Yeah a supremely idiotic answer.

What Rajdeep did was fully intentional and with the aim of hurting Nandini. He was fully aware that his actions are evil and he intended them to be evil.

Nandini on the other hand is selfish, thoughtless and unrepenting, but she isn't deliberately trying to hurt Mauli. She's doing it for her own pleasure, but her aim is not to hurt Mauli.

Nandini is utterly despicable, but no sane person can compare crimes like rape, human trafficking and violent physical torture to an extra-marital affair.

Look my dear, just because Nandini the female lead and is SHOWN to be "pure" and not one of those typical 'dusri aurat' type vamps doesnt make her any lessI guilty in this crime. No one is saying that nandini or kunal did something as heinous as something called rape. But, as I mentioned in my first comment, just because the crimes are different, doesn't mean their magnitude or the effect on the actual victim is any less. Just because mauli is not forced into something, just because kunal never physically abused her doesn't make it any less of the fact that mauli is gonna go through an absolute hell in the next few days and would be scarred for the rest of her life for ever povng and trusting someone immensely. The mental torture and emotional blow would be equal, if not more, to the magnitude of the physicalabuse nandini went through. And what's gonna make everything worse for mauli compared to nandini is that nandini had nothing to expect from raj deep. He was a rapist and nothing can be expected from a beast like him. However mauli has depended her life with kunal and nandini...She put her love, trust everything in them. Her smile would brighten up just seeing asting of confidence on her bestfriends face on nandini face..and she has every reason to trust these two and unfortunately she does so more than herself. so the mental and emotional trauma she will go through once she gets to know about it is just as bad as that of nandini.'s. That's exactly why some people including me are comparing kunal and nandini with rajdeep.

Also, there's absolutely no need tobes so rude. If you don'tagree to any of the views, you can simple say that you'd don't agree. And then put your point of view onthetable. We are mature enough to not start a fight over a show. Now if someone on this forum is only here to start a fight, they're gonnasayyy who are youtoteach me maturity?! 😆

Adultery is an offence liable to attract capital punishment in Saudi. No one makes this accusation lightly. If the accusation is made by a woman or man, then it is taken into account,, accused is tried & if proved guilty then the accused is stoned or beheaded. Most of the times, it's the man who is convicted for adultery & there are times when women are punished for it too. One princess was stoned for committing adultery in 1977. Confession of having committed adultery or witness to the adulterous act is enough to prove that they have indeed been involved in it.

Unlike in India, in Saudi both men & women are punished for adultery, even if they were in consensual relationship between them. Wife or husband who has been cheated is compensated.

Rape cases are highly biased there though but punishment to the rapist of crime is proved is death. The stigma with rape is everywhere even now, somewhere it's huge, somewhere, it's relatively less.

Bold: I'm sorry, but this is exactly what was being said explicitly by numeorus members on this forum, including the post you supported.

What Nandini did was inexcusable, but that cannot be even CONSIDERED on the same line as vile as rape and domestic abuse.

Rest I agree with you. 👍🏼
