Appease his eyes as well as protection. See, the base of their relationship was her vulnerability and his feelings started when she decided to be free from Rajdeep and be independent (dance )but the fact remains that he was her pillar more than Mouli at every turn of her journey after she leaves Rajdeep or even before that. When she was in his house, he knew she was safe from the world and Rajdeep and if not, he was there to protect her,defend or just be there but now he cannot do that as he will not know if any harm comes to her.

Yes I agree with you. Nandini is without protection now. Kunal won't know what's happening to her. He won't be able to keep an eye on her either. So that's another reason why Kunal is unsure about Nandini's decision.

It would be interesting to see what Rajdeep does to Nandini, her reaction and Kunal's reaction to that.

I'm eager too! It would be intriguing to watch Kunal's reaction.
