Could makers not make Mauli this perfect?? (DT Note pg. 12)

This show is about KuNan for sure. Rajdeep is negative to the core & he is thus unbearable to watch.

Why would makers show Mauli to be this perfect?

I mean it's obvious that she will bear a gray shade once she comes to know of KuNan & on her part it's justified as well. I hope makers don't go overboard in making Mauli a vamp kind just to justify KuNan.

Mauli's perfect character makes it unbearable for me to imagine KuNan relationship completely. My heart goes out to think for her whenever I imagine them.

Only thing that could have justified KuNan would have been Mauli as not-so-great character. She is not only a good wife but also a great friend. And the plot of the show kind of involves big betrayal to her not only from love of her life, Kunal but also from her best friend, Nandini for whom she wishes nothing but happiness.

Besides, does this show want to shed light on Sridevi-Bonny-Arjun's mom kind of story. Because even there, Sridevi was Arjun's mom best friend & even Sridevi was as naive as Nandini back in her days, cheated on by her husband. Rest of the story is known to everyone.

I am usually not a fan of actors themselves but of the characters they play.I have no idea how exactly am I going to stop myself from having negativity about Nandini in future? At present we have sympathy-empathy for Nandini but will it be the case in future as well.

Emotions are going to be in favor of Mauli when KuNan begins.

Does anyone else think the same?

P.S- Just my opinion. I am not a blind fan of any actor in the show. So, don't bash me at all.

I have sympathy for Nandini at the moment but once the affair starts I can't see myself understanding her or caring about her.

Mauli was her best friend, but she thought Mauli would lie to her about Rajdeep, and married him, giving up on her childhood friendship without even considering that Rajdeep might actually be the one in the wrong. But anyway let's say that's forgotten, even then I can't warm to her.

Mauli is that friend who was once disregarded, and yet she's still that friend who will go out of her way to save the friend who disregarded her. Mauli will be the reason that Nandini is saved from Rajdeep, Mauli will be the reason that Nandini can move on in life, the reason that Nandini can be happy again. And yet Nandini will be the cause of Mauli's unhappiness. She just seems like a terrible friend already.

As for Kunal, he doesn't seem to see how hard his wife is trying to balance everything, how well she does at balancing things. He decided to quit his job on a whim and that made Mauli take another job, and then he complains when she doesn't make plans with him or doesn't consider him in her decisions, when he himself doesn't consider her in his decisions. I feel like in the future they'll make out that Mauli doesn't have enough time for him and that's why he's having an affair when really if Kunal helped Mauli in everything she does, then she'd have enough time for him.

I don't think I'll like either Kunal or Nandini in the future.

I agree with you .Mauli is such a darling that thinking about her my heart goes for her that she will be in a way decieved by the people whom she loves the most.aBut I feel here instead of mauli nandini will develop grey shades .I don't ship nandini and kunal although I like dd more than aditi but if we see character I m more impressed with mauli's character than that of nandini.Let's wait and watch how the story unfolds. BUT I ship Namo dil se becoz their frnship is one beautiful thing about the show.

That is what the whole plot will be. Mauli will not even dream that her husband will be in the hands of another woman let alone her BEST friend, Nandini. Human failings will come into play and When She sees both Nandini and Kunal together, She will go into a shock mode, then denial and ultimately territorial.SHe has to turn negative. What will anyone do when they see their husband in someone else's hands?

Even with a perfect wife, these things happen. That is the sad part. I mean look at Mauli, Taking care of her husband, in-laws, parents, double job. and yet Kunal will fall for Nandini. Sad but it happens

You raised valid points but honeslty I don't think so that the affair thing will start that soon and will be there for sure ..

I guess they can show KuNan having a bonding ..b'ful bonding ..he can be her mentor ..but not "AFFAIR"

also the promo said that both Kunal and Nandini doesn't want to break Mauli's heart ..they are very much aware of what condition they are in..so its not sure that Nandini and Kunal if having feelings will share them or confess them to each other ..the feelings might be there but it will not be shown as affair rather there will be complex relationships between them ..Kunal juggling his feelings between Nandini and Mauli ..and Nandini want to be with a man like Kunal but her best friend's love overcome her feelings ..

I mean there can be various shades and its too early to say anything ..

but whatever be the twist ..i will watch it from their POVs ..not that Nandini is wrong or Kunal or Mauli ..its a fiction but these things happen in real too ..

like you said about Sridevi's story ..ya its quite similar but i don't think they will show that type of story..i feel there will be various shades between Kunal and Nandini 's story..

I have seen before too shows having these complex relationships concepts . n they have executed well too..so i want to give a try to this too and till now i am liking it.

also when i started watching a show knowing it concept and have hint about it .. let's see how they show ..

If the show was about only about Kunan they wouldn't have given so much substance to Mauli. There's already so many shades to her. It's about all 3 and their changing relationships.

I don't think they will turn Mauli negative at all because the makers are obviously going down that grey yet real area where so many real life couples find themselves. They're happy, they're in love but somewhere along the line things just aren't the same as they used to be.

You're right, it's already heartbreaking to imagine how Mauli will feel. She's handling her work, her home, trying to find time for her husband, being the best friend anyone could ask for, trying to deal with Dida & MIL conflict AND she's got the resentful and disappointed mother.

I think if they show everything as sensitively as they have so far, you should be able to feel for all 3 characters.

It might be just me or my twisted head lol
But I don't think the promos showed or suggested anything beyond feelings, both stated they liked each other but won't pursue for Mauli's sake and I sure hope they don't. So realistically it isn't EMA if no cheating takes place in the first place lol. Mauli is such a sweetheart n Nandini n Mauli is a bond that shouldn't be tampered with ❤️

I know everyone or almost everyone is rooting for KuNan, and I too like them but more as friends than lovers (I suppose)

But then again she will be better off without a broken relationship in case os trust
It is unbearabke to watch Mauli goes through a heart break because of them

This is what they do.
Either make the hero so negative that it becomes impossible to like him later.
Or make the negative character so great at the beginning (ex- Ritika in MATSH)...later make her in to a evil.

I am absolutely sure they will do the same with Mauli's character. At first make her "Devi". Lift her up in the sky. Then when there will be no story to tell. dump her in the hell. Make her bhootni, pishachni and whatever possible.😕 May be later try to justify her action...because the hero-heroin did that to her she is doing this to them. In here Mauli will get 100s of reasons why she will later harm Kunan.

My request is don't make someone so good as later it becomes hard for viewers to hate her. Good just don't turn bad in one day.

At present both Kunal and Nandini is looking like the supporting actors. Sp Drasti is looking like a second heroine.
