1. Reema, the OG shakhian was introducted today. Reema's warm nature and beautifual personality draws you in towards her character. It also felt good to see Anokhi find a friend in that place. Reema as a charcter brought balance in teams of OTT'ness of the VIP gang. Also, it was cute to see her gushing about 'Shaurya Sir' and smart of her to figure out Anokhi was trapped. Another reason Reema impressed me in one go was that on day one she tried saving anokhi from ragging to the best of her abilities.

Yay! Reema is the girlfriend every girl needs ! 🙌😍😎

2. I think Aastha understands Rama Bhalla better than anyone else, what aastha could do because of her support systesm (parents) Rama could not.

3. The ragging was hard to watch honestly. It was ruthless in some aspects as to be surrounded by a gand in a closed room is actually very scary if you think about it. Asking someone to do demeaning actions in name of 'getting to know them better' is just horrible. It escalated to molestation very soon. At this point, we all notice Kitty. Kitty is a follower with a slight heart somewhere. She understands that they were crossing a BIG LINE.

I’ve never understood the reason behind ragging. They say it allows seniors and juniors to break ice and interact freely! Utter nonsense..I hated being ragged and I never involved myself in it as a senior. Here the students in question aren’t even seniors ( not that it should give others a free pass to ragging!)🤪🙄 The whole ragging sequence was a bit OTT honestly. But I understand that stuff like this does happen in some colleges .

4. In flight or fight, our nikki fights. WHAT A SLAP!!!! I noticed that she first chose to sort it out politely, then she threatened lodge a complaint and then came the slap. She was scared throughout and it was clearly evident.

5. Shaurya has a sense when his sisters are upto trouble. His speech clearly tells us that BOGO are here because they are sabs and its their college. Somehow when he spoke of hardworking students as an example, it felt as if he was remembering Anokhi...could be or maybe not!

6. Bebo tries to manipulate her brother, setting up a story for what was to follow because i think she also realised that they messed up big time and i think she had gauged Anokhi's nature. Also, she stooped too low when she got aastha in between to get shaurya against Anokhi and push her agenda. What surprised me was that none of them had an ounce of pity to open that room before they leave college.

7. Shaurya wants to know what Anokhi thinks of him? Hmmmmm....did he not say "that girl will not affect him" 🤣. Another thing i wonder, what does Shaurya think when someone says Aastha is a better professor? Because that line of thought ended with the episode and was never picked up again.

Haha! Lol .. poor Shaurya had no clue!

😁He does bring it up again..when Aastha is admitted in the hospital and Anokhi gets a call in the classroom. He’s like “ why did you even come here if Aastha ma’am is your favorite teacher” or something on those lines 😁😂

Side Note: Deba's acting today was really good! and her face when they locked her in...just scared me.
Deba was fantastic in the ragging / post ragging episodes. It could’ve been easily overdone, but her expressions, the pain and shock was so well acted by her. Super impressive 😍🙌

It's funny how two people can watch the same scene and get two different thoughts. I went down the route of Aastha not fighting for her haq as a mom.

Honestly, when i read it, i realised this could be another scenario. What a beautiful line of thought!

While Rama did help her daughters to the best of her abilities she did sacrifice a lot for them to something aastha could not do for Shaurya! When you reach epi 41, i realised both women might have been reflecting on their own situations

Usually from what I hear, ragging can get much worse but yes the entire VIP gang and the scene was a little overdone until molestation. My question is , they were making so much noise, how did no one over hear them?

I dont think they anticipated for it to escalate so much. Ragging can get studnts into major trouble. This scene in a real scenario would have meant been thrown out of the colle for sure!

Exactly. The twins overhear everything. If Kanchan knows something, I can't imagine the twins don't know. Also who do they think is Shaurya's mom and who is their Shaan Tauji so sad over? It sounds like a blooper to me.

It's always convenient that when the antagonists are at work or talk aloud, no one is hearing it! Gotta move the story somehow!

I was really mad that Anokhi forgives them. Anmol should have been rusticated!

Same. The ragging scene felt OTT until it got to the molestation part. I mentioned it in an earlier review too, Deba nailed these ragging / post ragging scenes. I felt so bad for her when I first watched these episodes. Tomorrow’s episode sealed the deal for me, became a loyal SAAKK watcher after that! 😍🙌

🤷‍♀️ I think she was there in the later episodes too ( hostel epi?) But this other girl ( Alok scandal) got more screen time 😁

Ohh you keep noticing these things that usually go over our heads.

There is no doubt that Aastha is a hero, but in her own personal life she failed to be one for her son. Rama, although usually meek , is strong is her own way. What a contrast these two ladies are, yet we respect them in their own right.

Yes! Reema should’ve informed someone ( my sadist mind says - Then we wouldn’t have gotten Shakhi’s first ( and the best ever) hug! 😁)

I think one of the reasons the twins stayed one dimensional is because Sindu and Trisha aren't great actors and weren't capable of layering their characters well.

Deba was amazing in the whole ragging scenes and that hug is what got me into the fandom, so no complaints about the OTT ragging or Reema not informing anyone!

I'm thinking they turned Maya into Zenia?? so they could do Team Raz?? I'm not really sure. As for Priyanka, she was part of the VIP gang, until they needed to make her poor I guess.

This rewatch really makes me appreciate Rama so much more. I'm sad they sideline the Bhallas after Aastha's shooting.
