What a way to start a week of episodes!!

Babli struggling and begging to protect her little sister is so sad to see. If family can't be relied on in your time of need, then who can you rely on? Even when Mr. Bhatia speaks up, it's to preserve the family izzat in front of society than actually caring about Anokhi. My heart hurts for the hell Babli was married into. Is Mrs. Bhatia's name Bhagyavani??

The Sabherwal version of zillat arena is trying to fault Shaan for Aastha showing up and Shaurya missing? What is wrong with Alok? Questioning Shastha......they're married adults! How is Shaan holding Aastha so scandalous? Devi was still trying her brainwashing on Shaan, trying to question Aastha's intentions. I liked how nicely Shaan told her to stay out of his relationship. But I also liked when Devi asked "Shaurya ka kya". Shastha never take Shaurya into account when they think of their relationship.

I can't even talk about the Dua sequence coherently anymore. I can't fully express how much I LOVE THESE SCENES!!

1. The song choice is phenomenal.

Kise poochun, hai aisa kyun, Bezubaan sa, ye jahaan hai

Khushi ke pal, kahan dhoondhoon, Benishan sa, waqt bhi yahan hai

Yehi baar-baar sochta hoon tanha main yahan, Mere saath-saath chal raha hai yaadon ka dhuaan

2. The Shaurya scenes intersecting Anokhi scenes.

We see Anokhi struggling to clean the store room and being glad she has a place to sleep, instead of being on the streets. Shaurya, who has all the material goods, walks the streets forlorn and alone. Shaurya's replaying of recent scenes is also hearbreaking. He remembers how Aastha fought for Anokhi and was happy for her. He recalls how happy is parents are together, but not him. His dad was happy with his mom, but not with him. When he tells Makkan "Akhela rehna chahta hoon", you see how lost he is.

3. Shaurya with the mother and son brings him back in the audience's good books.

Shaurya has spent some episodes making Anokhi miserable. He's also promised vengence against Anokhi. But seeing him yearning for love, we understand the root of all his issues. We also witness his good heart. Seeing a mother and son interaction reminds him of his memories with his mother. The mom not being able to see her son go hungry, begging Shaurya, makes him yearn for the unconditional love. He looks on envious at the way the mother was feeding her son. And the tears that fall from Shaurya kills me! In a way, I think seeing that mother and son scene is what allows Shaurya to let go of his promise of revenge. It had a healing affect.

4. The acting!!

KV!! Just brilliant! That's all I gotta say! The lost look. The tearful gaze. Letting those tears fall at the right time. Just everything was brilliant!

Side notes:

~ The talk about streedhan, the law, and ladki ka adhikaar! This is why it's important for women to know their rights.

~ Kanchan's excitement for drama and gossip is funny! But the gossip grapevine is about to cause Anokhi some trouble. Gossip going from Gayatri to Kanchan.....Kanchan to Yash.....overheard by Kitty......Kitty to Bebo. And now Anokhi will become the target for troubling Shaurya Bhaiyya!

~ It was so sweet that Anokhi sees Aastha, Rama, and Babli as godsends. And when Babli said "teri zindagi ki aaj nayi shuruwaat hai, pehla din hai"....I'm glad that was said about school and not marriage.

P.S. Y'all, I wrote a review early and before anyone else. Yay!!

i really love that BG song. It makes me more emotional.

Kv just nailed the scene where he remembers his mother and her love.

Vineet and his mother are so cruel. But good atleast Mr. Bhatia speaks up. Its really shameful that Anokhi has to pay rent to live with her own sister. I love how babli is trying to convince her family for anokhi.

@bold: i’ve watched the scenes so many times, yet I’m always mesmerized. All credit to KV for the emotionally heavy scenes done flawlessly.

Most of what I wanted to say has been said but I still want to say...

1. To keep a young woman in your hourse not out of concern but how it will impact your reputation if something were to happen to her is the WORST form of humanity and to take money from her? Ladies and gentelmen...what does Vineet do then if not "earn" for the family. Is he not the "mard" who earns? The irony!

2. The cross over of internal and external struggles of Shakhi during the dua sequence. She has nothing and he has the world yet he is lonely and she just alone for sometime.

3. THIS EPISODE REDMEED SHAURYA for the audience. This was the grey layer of his character. You know that he blames himself. Its clearly evident he feels that there is something wrong with him because his parents could only not love him. They had time for each other in college but did not try even once as a unit to approach him. Shaurya's insecurity and pain is out in the open for all to see. He walks away from everyone to cry alone and them put up a mask later. To see a woman in pain for her son as she had no food for him reminds him that he has everything but still his parents could not care less and then he cries for he is the unluckiest of them all. Alone and away from the word because no one will notice.

4. The song! ❤️

5. The nayi subah dailogue was beautiful. I am appreciating Babli more and more in the rewatch

Side Note :

What amazing acting by KV!

Also, I love thatshaurya as a character can cry. He does not cry just for redemption or an apology. He cries when he is sad and lone, he cries in desperation, he cries in pain and he cries when he is happy. I wish we had more ML's on TV who would naturally cry like noraml people do.

Mujhe koi ye batao, Vineet ka "mard pride" Anoki se paise lene mein nahi toot jata? Vineet and his family are just plain horrible. Clearly Babli was married off the same way Anokhi was about to! ( No checks or concern)

The Sabherwal version of zillat arena is trying to fault Shaan for Aastha showing up and Shaurya missing? What is wrong with Alok? Questioning Shastha......they're married adults! I dont understand why does Devi even try with shaan and on what grounds? They should know all elders know the truth and playing the fake "blame game" is BS!. Also, Gayatri was so sensible today! She balance the Sabs very well in such a tensed situation. What a subtle but nice character.

Badi Maa says Shaurya is not like aastha - 🤣🤣🤣 ( Shaan and Shaurya bot know he is exactly like aastha :P)

I can't even talk about the Dua sequence coherently anymore. I can't fully express how much I LOVE THESE SCENES!!

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️....is all i can say for the song

2. The Shaurya scenes intersecting Anokhi scenes.

Shaurya, who has all the material goods, walks the streets forlorn and alone. Shaurya's replaying of recent scenes is also hearbreaking. When he tells Makkan "Akhela rehna chahta hoon", you see how lost he is.

I think Shaurya's thinks he is not worthy of love. A child whose mother could not love him, how can he be worthy of love? And so he refuses to bend or break or compromise for "love" (Shagun's track) because he strongly believes it will leave him. (but there was something about anokhi that he had unshakable confidence in her and her love for him, it was interesting to see that)

3. Shaurya with the mother and son brings him back in the audience's good books.

Shaurya has spent some episodes making Anokhi miserable. He's also promised vengence against Anokhi. But seeing him yearning for love, we understand the root of all his issues. And the tears that fall from Shaurya kills me! In a way, I think seeing that mother and son scene is what allows Shaurya to let go of his promise of revenge. It had a healing affect.

Honestly, yes your heart breaks when he cries. When you ou realise that all he wants is someone to love him without any motives or selfishness.( this also makes me think that he knows that Tejvi love him for a motive) Maybe you are right, he sobered down and refused to hurt Anokhi further but I felt that in that moment he felt so much pain and loneliness that he refused to associate with anything aastha anymore. I love that shaurya cries when he is sad and happy.

4. The acting!!

KV!! Just brilliant! That's all I gotta say! The lost look. The tearful gaze. Letting those tears fall at the right time. Just everything was brilliant! Hands down one of his best performances in the show!

Side notes:

~ The talk about streedhan, the law, and ladki ka adhikaar! This is why it's important for women to know their rights. Nikki Puttar educating "the ladkewaale" was the moment for me. Funny to take money from a girl does not hurt their pride..huh? Wonder why?

~ Kanchan's excitement for drama and gossip is funny! But the gossip grapevine is about to cause Anokhi some trouble. Gossip going from Gayatri to Kanchan.....Kanchan to Yash.....overheard by Kitty......Kitty to Bebo. And now Anokhi will become the target for troubling Shaurya Bhaiyya! THIS fateful day marks the begining of Kanchan's grapevine issue landing Shakhi in trouble. SOMEONE ALWAYS overhears her!

~ It was so sweet that Anokhi sees Aastha, Rama, and Babli as godsends. And when Babli said "teri zindagi ki aaj nayi shuruwaat hai, pehla din hai"....I'm glad that was said about school and not marriage. Women supporting women is LOVE!

This is the first time I watched this episode and my heart ached for Shaurya.

Like you said today and I also deduced from last episode, Shaurya is now convinced the problem is with him only. Even his BM and BP have not shown unconditional love towards him but have done their duty towards him.

KV is incredible in emotional scenes and to think that I did not even know he existed before SAAKK.

I thank the makers for introducing KV as a male lead. I have observed other actors from serials very few can emote genuinely in such scenes.

Anokhi is a very courageous girl and thank god for her Babli is her support.

The song as always makes these scenes so poignant and heartwrenching. Again hats off to the person in charge of the background music/song.

Despite the presentation as Shaurya as a misogynist as a character and the way he has been rude to Anokhi, I still have a soft spot for him as now I understand where it is all coming from. Shaurya is fighting for recognition and love...and those who have denied it to him or are denying him this need to pay for his misery...

Vineet and family are too grotesque for my taste. But we need bad people to recognise good.
