Shaurya...... Arrogant or neglected?.... - Page 2

I am liking shaurya a lot. I will wait for the story to unfold especially the back story of shaan & aastha to comment on their raising shaurya or not raising him.

Shaurya is a neglected kid who is craving for his parents attention. Even when seeing his maternal grandfather, he got emotional. That’s why he’s venting on anokhi. He’s human after all. He sees her getting the love & attention which he never got.

Really looking forward to this story.

Badi maa focused more on keeping Shaurya away from his mother and building up hatred than giving him the love parents would give. It is fake love masked as control and manipulation. And that formed his opinion on women esp working women sadly. Badi maa still doesn’t leave a chance to demean Aastha.

After his engagement broke, Sharuya confessed that he is a failure at relationships 😭, especially blood relations. Deep inside, he probably feels he has done something wrong or is responsible for the events that have unfolded. although he is not, he was just a child. He felt like a failure before Anokhi entered the picture and now with her here, it’s escalating even more. This might explain why he is incapable of loving anyone right now. Dealing with so much extra emotional baggage since childhood has affected his relationship.

I’m afraid things will get much worse before they start getting better. Aastha will bring the TC and Shaurya will get even more jealous that Aastha trekked all the way to Chandigarh for Anokhi and never did that for him (whether she tried or not remains to be seen - we need more flashbacks)

I completely agree with you! I can understand Shaan and Aastha, but if I look at it from Shaurya's perspective, he always craved for love, affection and attention from his parents. No matter how much sacrifices they have done, but at the end, he couldn't have the normal life.

I am more interested to know why Shaan didn't give much attention towards his son. Is he so guilty that Shaurya reminds him of what he could not do for Aastha? How he could not help his wife and in a way, let her go, especially leaving their only child behind?

Maybe once they start showing much of their backstory, I can't comment much on them. But I feel him, he is so hurt. There is no one to guide him and with badi maa in picture, things are getting worse! He is not able to see beyond anything that Aastha left him.

I am so loving the characters, there's so much of scope for each of them! Looking forward to their journey :)

Definetly. I will be around 😆 I just hope the trps improve bec this serial is really good and stupid sp doesnt scrap it. Shaurya anokhi deserve to grow. I like stories where the focus isnt the families ..

Agree with u. There is so much scope here for the characters.

He remembers anokhi as the one who stood for his mom and frm there he is just assuming that his mom is trying to enter his life through anokhi. Its untrue obviously but whenever anokhi mentions aastha or shaan his bp will rise lol

He couldn't stop her frm taking admission, hence the frustration.

There is something about these stories which is attractive..broken man falling in love with a confident woman . I feel here it's better bec anokhi is focused on her career completely and incase she falls in love , she will have a mountain of problems to face ..here the girl is really empowered n a go getter. So hopefully its gonna be a joyride

I am loving their chemistry and it gives sort of beauty and the beast feeling as Shaurya is the broken beast and anokhi the compassionate and confident Belle.

PS. I also used to read your topics in kzk 2 forum and your answers were great and to the point.

Anokhi is Astha's favorite student & she confronted Shourya when he misbehaved with Astha. That's why he has a grudge over her.

He doesn't even bother to hear the other side of the story from Astha before concluding.

Trust me, even I was thinking the same. For now, the family drama is ok, I mean all of the characters have some story, not just drama for the sake of drama. I hope I made some sense lol.

yes, poor him. Sometimes I feel like laughing because of his reasoning but at the same time, I feel so bad for him. He badly needs his mom. This badi maa is riling him up

yes!! I am loving it and much excited too! Anokhi will surely be the reason for Shaurya to understand many things. Actually as long as Anokhi doesn't have to let go of her studies or career, I am up for any mountains(Problems) coming her way

His parents are to be blamed. Even though they are good people they didn't care for their son. They are the reason he is like this today. He is not bad, he is just a guy who doesn't know how to deal with all the issues in his life. Lost.

Arrogant, neglected and mislead. His anger on Anokhi is not justified by any means. However, he has been lead to believe his mother did not care about him, and he sees she cares so much for Anokhi. That has to hurt Shaurya. He can’t hurt his mom-she’s too strong-so he hurts Anokhi who he views as weak. That’s how I see it. Can’t wait to see what softens him so that Shaurya and Anokhi’s love story begins.
