Ok, Mohan Bharathy is under Naren's care. Naren confiscates his mobile and tells him
that he has to obey Doctor's orders. Bharath Vicky and Prem Kumar are walking in to
the hospital - Vicky is talking about some master stroke in his story and Prem is
least bothered. Well, they meet Mohan , naren is there as well. Mohan is surprised that
Vicky condescended to visit him. Prem gives him the flowers and wishes him a speedy
recovery. Naren is introduced..on his way out Prem extends his hand but Naren ignores
it. Aakash comes to see his dad - Prem is introduced - both speak the language of MONEY.
Well, Prem gets to know that the hospital could do with some funds ...and so throws his
charm at Aakash. Vicky is asked to take care of uncle - the Finance guys adjourn to
talk about their favorite subject.
Prem observes that the whole hospital could do with some renovation - " Aal paathi,
Aadai pathi, illiyaa?? You present yourself well...business will automatically pour in !!"
Aakash says that he can never convince the board on such expenditure " and on top
of that a loan for this kind of face lift !!! " Prem worms his way through - asks Aakash
" how much do you need and what is your worth today ?" Aakash says that they are
worth 500 crores and might need one third of that money for renovation. Prem says
that he can fund 250 crores and Aakash categorically denies the offer " I can never
convince the board for such a loan " Now Prem speaks " did I say a loan?? Make me
your partner / share holder . Right from the time I saw your MD ...I am flat..." Drools
a bit but recovers to say that he was impressed with her dedicaation -" I know that
you can not take a decision by yourself but talk to your board.." Greed is written large
in the eyes of Aakash . Looks like Prem has Aakash round his little finger.
Aakash immediately prepares a proposal - gives to Mohan...who prefers to sleep 😉
on it. NOchu Ezhil disturbs Naren - who is rightly irritated "how many times to warn
you ?? I am busy with my patients " Ezhil semai vazhisal and says that she will call
only twice every day if Naren accepts to talk to her " If you talk to me nicely and joke
around, you will start liking me " Naren says that he is not game " I dont want to get
to know you !" Ezhil says then she will keep calling. Naren accepts to pick the phone -
"just twice, ok?" As he is talking, he sees that Ezhil is also on the phone - Makku
Naren goes right in front of her to see if the "idayam" caller could be her but she
being smarter than Naren acts as if she is ordering some medicines...Makku Naren
is fooled and ezhil has the last laugh

Akash is busy telling the other Board members about PK's proposal to pump 250 crores into the hospital and wanting to be Director of the board. Rathy comes in, with a very old man, leading him by the arm. Apparently he is the Vice chairman of the board, and he seems to be in the early stages of senility, asking what is the function for which he is there, and why they are laughing, did he crack a joke, and clarifies by saying that of late, he has become forgetful. Rathy is surprised that they are all there already and Akash says that he has already told them about the proposal by PK. Rathy says that they should discuss it before finalizing anything, but Akash says that this is like finding a whole godown filled with glucose when they have been begging for a packet of glucose. Rathy says this is not glucose, but cocaine, this will damage them all, but the other doctors seem to have already been influenced by Akash. She suggests waiting till Periappa is okay but Akash has a letter from him in which he has said that he is okay with the idea of accepting PK's offer of 250 crores and making him a Director, so she has no choice but to go with the general flow, and the resolution is passed.
Maha goes to a temple, Aravind is there, he calls her and wants to know about their marriage. When she says that she cannot get married until Salima recovers, he gets angry and says that she is sacrificing her life for these "bloody sentiments" ( I never thought I would hear such awful language in a serial by KB, having heard so much about him!), she gets angry and says she will remain unmarried all her life if that is what it takes. They get into a big argument right there in the street, and a crowd gathers. Satya is inside the temple praying and he hears this argument (sharp hearing, to be able to hear the argument outside the temple from inside when he is praying!) and comes outside to see Aravind grabbing Maha by the arm. He breaks up this fight and takes Maha away, and Aravind is still shouting at her, Enge poreydee?
Naren goes to check on periappa, who is resting. Periappa says he has been listening to old Hindi songs, and together the two of them murder one of my favorite songs, Sau baar janam lenge ... which was also dubbed in Tamil as Oraayiram paarvaiyile ... KB Sir, this Periappa can't sing for nuts, please don't make him murder a classic song by Rafi - this is my request to you! Periappa wants to know why Naren didn't attend the Board meeting and Naren at first says that he had to visit a friend, then he admits that he didn't visit any friend, but didn't attend the Board meeting because he didn't want to see Rathy defeated. Periappa says this is ridiculous, he should have convinced Rathy to agree, Naren said that he too doesn't want PK to be a Director of the board, not because he is an outsider, but because he is not what he appears to be. Periappa says he is a nice guy, even brought him flowers, and Naren says he only "seems to be" a nice guy, and they are mistaken in thinking he is a genuine guy. He leaves, apologizing for having made Periappa agitated.
Naren is on his phone, looking at it, when that mundhiri kottai Ezhil comes there, wants to know if he is getting messages from his "heart patient". He says that he has received 108 texts from her, saying "I love you", and Ezhil suggests that he reply, "I love you too". He gives her a glare (idiot, when will you see through this evil woman?) He says he is in love with Rathy, and she says that the "heart patient" knows this, he wants to know how she knows this, and she quickly says that it is obvious that this person is in the hospital, so why can't he love her and marry Rathy? At this point, he should have told her to shut up, instead he takes her stupid advice to agree to meet this person somewhere, and then to tell her that he will only marry Rathy, and Ezhil says that then this person will stop bothering him. WHY ARE YOU SUCH AN IDIOT, NAREN? USE YOUR HEAD AND EYES!

GDP office. Secretary Rupa gives permission to the bank manager to meet the high command. A lady walks in & she is given the preference over bank manager to meet GDP. We get to know about the poorvikam of the new lady from Mr Varma & Ram still waiting outside the building. The lady's name is Nandini , GDP's childhood friend , GDP's one & the only friend , Nandin's father is a retired judge , both the friends are poles apart in character , Nandini is embodiment of simplicity ,love all serve all is her policy, running a social service organisation .
Friends chit chatting. Nandini enquires about GDP's trip. Fabulous replies GDP.-Janma sapalyamnam - had dharshan of Eifel Tower before 2012 fulfilled, says has got a present for Nandini & asks her to take a guess. Nandini guesses correctly ' perfume ' cent persent says GDP ' scent present quips Nandini [KB sir stamp - playing with words👏 ].GDP mentions it costs just Rs. 500. Rathi frantically tries to contact Ezhil. Ezhil on half day leave informs PK. Then goes on with his lecture on Kadhal virus 'there is no anti viral drug ,this virus spreads pretty fast anywhere & everywhere, can lead a person to take extreme steps , even to the extent of buying a hospital. Rathi loses her patience. Damn it shouts rathi ' ennayo indha hospitalayo unnala eppovame vaanga mudiyadhu. Why not asks PK . Word Mudiyadhu will feature only in MuttaL's dictionary ' Napolean Bonapart's observation not mine. Angry Rathi shots back ' you very well know that I don't like you & have another man in my mind , don't think that you can enter my mind thru your 250crore investment . I do know it says PK , but then my investment will give me access to you daily , can see you , talk to you daily , can't admit an old lady every time to see you. More over Familiarity breeds love- my pudhumozhi..Continues his torture , corroborates his belief that destiny plays a major role in their life, it has decided them to be man & wife even before their meeting , the same destiny even postponed hers & Naren tying the knot by a year & a half.Rathi boiling , could take no more of this nonsense , shows him the door.PK leaves , but before that leaves his photo on Rathi's table saying it would act as a stress buster for her. Rathi gives the photo a disgusting look , picks it up with the forceps & drops it in to the trash bin.
