As Rubi said in her latest interview, we should avoid gender labels. Kinners or transgenders or intersex or with whatever name they called they should be accepted in society just like normal man n woman. We all are creation of gods n we or society or law has no right to snach their rights.
Many children are born with different kinds of defects. Parents should accept them, educate them n make them independent n strong enough to face society. N if there are some people like harman in this world who are ready to marry kinners then society n law should definitely accept them.
Coming to legality of haya marriage, I thought of a track for this. When surbhi was to divorce harman, I thought they will show lawyer making fun of her as how can she ask for a divorce in an illegal marriage as haya never got divorced at first place. Then surbhi coming to vampy mode again thinking that how can her so called sacrifice n greatness be tagged unwanted n then in fit of rage she filing a case demanding wify rights from harman claiming that haya marriage was illegal as saumya is kinner so harman should leave saumya n accept her. This leading to harman taking a stand for saumya's rights n fighting to save his marriage with saumya putting his points that he love saumya n that second marriage was forced onto him which he never accepted n he wants to live with saumya only n also saying that marriages don't get successful just with the stamp of legal. N at last court giving justice legalising haya marriage that kinners should also get rights of marriage.
Ahhh.. I thought too much..
Anyway it was good that they ended surbhi headache. I couldn't watch shakti for three n half months just because of her... so it was a relief that they didn't took the root of proving whose marriage was legal n whose illegal.
