In chocolate boy post d discussions became qt lengthy so i thought to make a separate post..in my opinion first of all kinnars should b given basic human rights,dey should b considered as normal humans,males dnt talk to dem considering dem females n females ignore dem considering dem males,their own families abandon them,society compel dem to live separately away in misery.They should b given da right to have own place in identy cards,dey should b givrn d right to cast votes.they should b allow to go fr pilgrimage.romance n marriages baad ki baat h,let dem stand on their own plz.

I agree with some of your points but I find u also contradicted few of your own points .. On one hand u say kinners should b given equal rights in society like other men and women which I totally agree but on other hand u say romance and marriage baad ki baat hai ..May I ask why ? Equal rights means equality in everything na which includes marriage and romance too ..

If a working woman can hv a successful marriage and love life too , then why cant a kinner hv the same .. that will b real equality ..

Equity n equality comes from society n law,dey both should give dem these 2 rights

but that track is yet to come .. for them to be considered imp part of society , Saumya's truth has to come out .. then the whole revolution of acceptance will begin as till this point noone really thought from that angle .. once her truth is out , we may see a track on it ..

In friday epi , Saya told Maninder that one day u will feel proud of your same daughter whom u hate today , but hope that day u will b able to face your daughter and apologise .. so its definitely a future hint of whats coming or else Saya wont give this dialogue

I believe with Harman's love only , Saumya will b able to overcome her fears and will b strong enough to face the society when the time comes ..

Nice to meet u too .. I dunno u personally as I m myself active on this forum for last few months .. but good to see more members coming forwward and making posts 😃

When I'm making this replay hoped that I'm feeling good to discuss it will details but i''ll say rapidly loved what you said in first part; that kinars must have basics social rights like any human but dear Seema can't agree with that romance and marrige come after having social rights ...Rights must snashed ;you must fight to get that right.HaYa marriage is a truth ;it's was legalized in a special condition by destiny ,Harman dicovered that he's wife haven't a card identity (it was needed for the hotel)...Saumya by keeping silent lauyer put that she's female and this can't be available after Saumya truth comes in front of society .This love story between HaYa no one can stole it and this is the truth ...HaYa must fight to get that legalization..Nothing come to you easiely ...It's true that Saumya lived in darkness without any identity and this is especially her father fault ;if at least one family of a kinar raise her voice and demand their child rights ;society will change.It's people mentalities who input rights and laws .

Maninder never accepted his kinar daughter and hates her but her Harman Ji accepted her with her identity and is pround of having such wife.He even refused any duscusssion when she wanted transforming herself in a woman ...She's complete in his eyes and his love for her is the most purest and unique love never seen.That Harman who fighted his family,kinar comunity and Bangkock gangs to keep her in his life can fight the society to prove his wife Rights and legalize their marriage.

Dear Seema we're our destiny makers not society if we want ,we can change everything.

I'm talking with you by experience bcz i know what is living different and how you can make the change .I'm too different ,I'm born handicapp but my parents upbringing and their big love had given me strengh and i faced the society successfully.

For me I don't have a right to give opinion in this matter

cause I'm a Muslim and like I see in this discussion there are three of four here are Muslims

and in Islam low ALLAH who created man, woman and kinner gave them all equal rights in everything

they can vote they can participate in society and they can marry and have children and live normal love life with their partner

So who am I to say no they don't have this rights

man, woman and kinner they all are human

and they all have equal rights and duties

and when I started watching the show and know about Somya truth I started to research about kinner rights in Islam and talked about it here in the forum long time ago

kinner problem is just to decide is she/he female kinner or male kinner

and once we can judge is he/she male or female then he/she has the rights of man/woman completely and equally
