If it is the matter I'm proud that i live in the country India which is taking active measures to give the equal status to the LGBT Community. The very much proof is the passing of "The Transgender Bill 2014" in Rajya Sabha which not only seeks against the discrimination among the community but also proposed to get them reservation in educational institutes and in Govt. and private Jobs as Well.

And if we talk about the Human Rights which includes three kinds of Rights,Socio-economic,Political and Civil Rights for both Individual as well as for Group. Each and everyone is provided with that. Right to Vote under Art 325 & Art 326 of Indian Constitution and LGBT Community is very much allowed to vote and have their Voter Id's as well and in every election an active participation is seen by them every year. We have in every forms whether it be govt or Private there are three categories to be marked for options Men,Women and Transgender. This very much shows that the law does give recognition to the community and this cane into force after the passing of the transgender bill 2014 in Rajya Sabha, and one more thing to be glad and proud is that the transgender bill 2016 has been returned by the committee and the reason for returning it makes any indian who is concerned with humanity and giVing of Equal rights to every one coz the bill was returned coz the committee found that the Civil rights which were mentioned in the Latter were not complete, the committee found that the Civil rights mentioned in the bill didn't gave a clear cut view or explanation of their marital rights which are very much Part of the civil rights. So to give a proper recognition to their marriage the steps also been taken which is a very proud thing for all of us. When God didn't discriminated while making all of us who are we to judge them. We re only humans and to respect other himan and his rights is Humanity. Rights not only include the sentences written in some clauses or articles but also the respect to be given to their choices... No matter who one is and what its identity. All What I want to say is there was a time when no one of us even think about them or this topic earlier but if today we are talking about this, the community which is very much exploited and deprived of their rights that means Change is coming and e shoukd welcome the change and why we can't imagine about the love thing between them. As we said they too are humans and if I'm not wrong Humans have feelings and emotions. In our Political Science we studied Humans are social animals. So to being with Society to be part of it every talk every discussion is their desire too. All what i want to say is If we are neglecting their emotions, choices, feelings then sorry to say but then the rights are of no use The recent news that in One of our states a Transgender candidate stood up for legislative assembky elections and it is a sign of progress and towards change. And i'm in full support of it. They dhould be given each amd every Right which U,Me and every human enjoys and should get.

Thanks a lot for your precious replay👏 I really enjoyed reading it.
