Seems she is lady.. the veiled person. at least her voice. She keep talking about another world where Soumya can be happy etc. She will make sure of it. I wonder it is really happy world??

Also her talk some people cant get married.. but thats not the end.. etc.. Another purpose in life..

I am damn sure it's a story of third gender...
Because all hints heading towards that...
As we know that they live separate from their family and their word is totally different as lady said and she is right our society never except them and they separately spend a happy life.
