To justify Prema's "innocence" there is every possibility they will (most certainly) villainise Sneha and her father of complaining to the Medical Board, whatever. Even if they would have done that, complaining to the authorities, somewhere, that is justified.

And about Kalyani, she is ridiculously casual about Ram. I mean, does she seriously not understand the gravity of the situation?

The dialogues are inconsistent to say the least.

Missed yesterday's episode.

Poor!!! Mahadeva does his best to make kavya happy but she is hell bent on escaping from the house.

My take both should escape together 😜 Atleast he will be there to protect her.

Frankly, Kavya's high pitched shouting is something that is annoying. Also there is no back story for why she is this angry, young woman.

Prema on the other hand, seriously, she is delusional. Even if she were to bring out the "truth" and help get Ram's license back, in a bid to redeem her hideous action, neither is the person who complained wrong nor the medical council. Infact, if anything, Ram should get his license back by virtue of his presence of mind and action to save the school kids with a caveat that he cannot practise outside the village or something like that so that Prema's deeds have some comsequences.

The episode starts with the kids being treated by Sneha, Ram and the medical staff treating the students who are unconscious due to food poisoning.

Ram requests Sneha to bring additional staff and medicine. They put together and makeshift camp and treat the kids.

Prema feels guilty of involving Pataaki in her matters. There is tension between Sneha and Prema with Sneha taunting her. The parents of the kids arrive distressed and request with Ram to treat them. They assure the parents that the kids will be fine. Pataaki's mother pleads with Ram to save her kid also, just the way he saved her. She scolds Prema that this is the consequence of the repeated lies she brought onto herself and included a kid in her plans.

Slowly, ALL kids vyt Pataaki gain consciousness. Everyone is tensed when Pataaki still doesnt gain consciousness. Eventually he too gain consciousness. When Prema thanks Ram for saving Pataaki, he tells her that it was duty as a doctor to treat and that he is not vile to involve kids in selfish deeds.

Kalyani is seen asking Kavya to fulfill the "harike" in a temple which she denies and Prema then convinces her to perform the rituals as the dutiful daughter-in-law.

The following day everyone but Ram, Prema, Maheshwari leave for the temple. Maheshwari has gone to her cousin's place. Ram has been resting since he was working late. Prema is seen taling to Ram while he is asleep with her sweet talks. She says she will prepare a feat of ALL of Ram's favourite food and goes yo get groceries.
