Majjiga which is known by different names in the West like Salted Yogurt Drink, Yogurt Shake and Indian Drinking Yogurt is a blend of three tastes which are sweet, sour and astringent.

Someone find info for ugadi bhojanam which we can add in main course 😃

Rosh ! This is really good aana wont this all take up too much space ? Shouldnt we just add a little bit of info about each food item? 😳

we can keep the size has small one di...lets see how it comes at last...if it takes up too much space na..we can shorten it 😃

Karnataka Main Course:



Although the ingredients differ from one region to another, a typicalKannadiga Oota (Kannadiga meal) includes the following dishes in the order specified and is served on a banana leaf: Kosambari, Pickle, Palya, Gojju, Raita, Dessert. Karnataka dishes are mostly famous for Bisibelebath, Mysore Masala dosa,Davangere Benne dose, Mysore Pak so on and so forth.

I will come back and find viz...i will come back after 30 mins..i posted few infos and posted the pic of karnataka main course...neenga rendu perum edit the andhra and karnataka cuisine with the edited pics and infos according to the layout...okay ya? i will be back soon 😃
