South India's young hero Prithviraj's debut Hindi film Ayya, being directed by Marathi filmmaker Sachin Kundalkar and produced by Anurag Kashyap, is progressing in Mumbai.

Prithviraj has joined the sets recently after a practice session organised for him. Set in the backdrop of a Mumbai based Marathi family; the film narrates the story of an affair between a south Indian boy and a Marathi girl. Rani Mukerji is the heroine. The film will be completed by January and will grace the theatres in March.

Oh wow Prithvi and Rani. The movie seems interested. I remember watching an interview where Prithvi said that he was going to work with Rani. Then I didn't see anything so I thought that project was cancelled. Lets see how this will work.
