Preeto sees Rajbeer as a potential groom for Ishu. Rajbeer looks at Preeto and asks her if there is any way he can convince her he wasn't trying to commit suicide. Preeto says she's convinced and it was her fault. She tells the counselor that she's taking back her complaint. She tells the counselor it was her fault that she thought he was someone else, and she had him wrongly pegged. She apologizes. Rajbeer off the hook leaves but Preeto chases after him.
She tells him he can't leave like that and tells him to thank her. Rajbeer is confused and asks her what he has to thank her for. Preeto says for taking her complaint back. Rajbeer shakes his head and tells Preeto he has nothing to thank her for but he says since she is so desperate he will say thank you and he does.
Preeto says that won't do and since she did him a favor he has to do her a favor. Rajbeer asks her what favor. Preeto explains that she is looking for a tutor in maths for her younger sister and since he's an air force pilot and looks well educated his math must be good. She asks him to tutor his sister as a favor. Rajbeer isn't ready but Dhruv asks Preeto if the food in her house is any good. Preeto says her elder sisters, Meeta and Ishu cook the best food. She adds that her sister Ishu is pretty too. Dhruv is sold even though Rajbeer isn't and tells her they will be at her house tomorrow for lunch. Preeto is happy as Rajbeer walks off. Dhruv follows.
Preeto peps herself to get to work and try full force to get Rajbeer and Ishu matched together.
Back at the air force quarters Dhruv laughs at Preeto's antics and says he's heard of the pot calling the kettle black but never someone calling an air force officer the thief in the situation. Dhruv barely restrains his humor as he narrates how Preeto manipulated Rajbeer when he saved her but she instead roped him in to tutor her little sister. Dhruv says he won't make any more fun but can't resist making a crack about what time would suit Rajbeer for tuitions.
Rajbeer tells Dhruv that he's going to get beaten up if he continues down that road. He says he's trying to forget that girl and in fact has forgotten her. Dhruv says that it will ring and when Rajbeer looks at him he clarifies that he doesn't mean his heartstrings but rather the phone. He says he gave Preeto, Rajbeer's number. Rajbeer looks at Dhruv who haws and hems and then says he will take their glasses to the kitchen. Rajbeer stops Dhruv and says that Dhruv was the one who agreed, he didn't and he's not going anywhere, and Dhruv can be the tutor. He takes the cups form Dhruv and leaves. Dhruv smiles. He says Rajbeer will have to go. After all a girl that can take him to the police station can take him to her house too.
At Preeto's house, Kanwaljeet is trying to return some of the things purchased for the wedding to minimize cost and cover the loss where they can. Gagan consoles her and tells her all will be well. She asks Gagan what is he worried about and he tells her he's looking ot work at a publisher house so he can make some earnings. Kanwal tells him to focus on his writing instead. She tells him he gives her hope and now is losing hope. She says she's going to look fro a boy for Ishu and Meeta and Gagan tells her to wait a while as Meeta's heart hasn't healed yet. They talk about solving the problems with the cost and figuring out other things before thinking of marriage again.
Meeta overhears their conversation and feels bad. Preeto on the other hand is singing praises of Rajbeer telling Ishu that he was quite good looking and he jumped into save a girl from the lake. Ishu listens then asks Preeto if Rajbeer jumped in the lake, why were her clothes wet. Preeto says he jumped with such a force that she got splashed. Then she changes the conversation and says that Meeta abandoned her and ran away from there. Meeta says she didn't run home but walk home. Preeto was the one making her run.
She offers Preeto tea and talks about the difficulties being faced at home. Ishu looks at Preeto and excuses herself. Meeta sits down next to Preeto and tells her that she wants to ask her something. Preeto urges Meeta to ask away. Meeta says she doens't know much about stitching but would like to help Preeto with her work so that she can also help in the household. Preeto says that Meeta has a lot of talents and she takes care of the house. She tells Meeta that she has to have more self confidence in herself, but she agrees to let Meeta help. She tells Meeta that she can pick the fabric and patterns and any other materials, and if she's helping than it will encouragement to her too.
Meeta agrees and smiles and says that this way Preeto's gas for her scooter will also be saved and she'll get some exercise too. Preeto laughs and Meeta walks off looking happier. Preeto says she knows that Meeta wants to prove her worth to herself after what happened. She says that she will support Meeta in her efforts to be something and they will only talk of marriage when Meeta is ready to talk of marriage and not any sooner.
Preeto in her effort to match-make tells Ishu to wear something else. Ishu says they aren't going anywhere so why should she change. Preeto tells her to pick a nice dress and if she wants they will go out. Ishu says even if they go out her clothes are fine. Preeto tells Ishu that she wants her to look her best, but Ishu says she doesn't want to look pretty. She says that because of her this house is having troubles and Preeto consoles her and tells her that she wants her sister to always look beautiful. She tells Ishu if not for anyone else she can get ready for her. Ishu tells Preeto that she is very stubborn and Preeto agrees. Ishu leaves to get ready.

Preeto explains that she's the girl from the police station and he tells her he has no interest in talking to her and hangs up. Preeto is surprised and calls him arrogant but says for Ishu she will do anything and calls again. Rajbeer picks up the phone but when he finds out that it is Preeto he's about to hang up but she pleads for him not to hang up. She tells him that she's desperate and she's sorry for the misunderstanding but she helped him out too. She asks him to come and teach her sister. Rajbeer refuses and Preeto tells him he promised, and air force officers usually are very sincere about their promises. Rajbeer tells her that his friend promised and if she wants he will send his friend. He hangs up the phone.
Preeto is disappointed and wonders what she can do, and ask for help. Then she thinks of something and goes to write a note. She makes up ads for those wanting to learn English in two weeks for free to contact Rajbeer Singh and puts Rajbeer's number on the flyer. She witht he help of Sonu and Bani puts it all over town and says that she will also see how the high flying bird doesn't come down. One person asks her if that is true and someone volunteered to do that. Preeto says some goodhearted souls love to do volunteer work to help society. She tells the man to call Rajbeer and spread the news among his family too.
She smiles to herself and says that Rajbeer will definitely come to her house now.
