Veer is pretending!

Today I just an ig post of a crew member! She indirectely told that veer is pretending to hate saanchi so that she gets back her hospital! I always felt that veer is pretending. Otherwise it cannot be possible how veer can overlook all of malhotras I'll deeds and not support saanchi when she is the one who had saved savitri devi! Maybe in the hospital when he blamed her he told jaya murderer in the spur of the moment, but I think afterwards he heard malhotra talking to gayatri. I am very sure veer is pretending!
