All I want to say is CVS don't spoil Veer's character to glorify other leads...CVS can show other ways too... not at the cost of spoiling Veer's character...
Sanchi being very matured can be shown to realize her feelings for Dr. Kabir in other ways too...And when Veer comes to know that Sanchi voted for Dr. Kabir... please break off Veer's heart instead of showing dual face on Sanchi's character...
