Hehe! It's not a complaint or something, but just felt like dedicating a thread to you guys out there, to thank you for the experience.😊
When Satyamev Jayate was announced I was excited and curious for its section on India Forums to open. Initially I could not locate it and didn't contribute - because it wasn't ranked. I started participating after first episode.
The place was vibrant to begin with. 😊 Many familiar names from other sections of I-F and some other sites were here. Dunno why..perhaps due to spam or trolls and lack of timely action against them caused the forum to drift a bit.
Still, I am writing this to thank members like Chitrashi, Charminggenie, Znursingh, Bewafa, Bazinga, Nirvanlove, DulceMaria, Strawbella and all others (I am sorry for my inability to list all names) who actively stuck in the forum, through thick and thin and created engaging debates around the show and each issue raised in it.
It's been wonderful experience to discuss and debate with all you guys, exchanging diverse viewpoints and getting better insight to issues we all face.
Special thanks to Strawbella for her unwavering support to the show and the forum and her calm approach in trying to get things as better as possible. 🤗 Even now she's the one who made a special farewell thread for the show. Thanks for getting it the respect it deserved - on this site. 😊
I'd also mention Bewafa for her excellent contribution to the forum. I singled you out dear, because you're a fan of another contemporary star, but not even once did you talk in this forum as a typical fan of rival star, indulging in predictable bashing or comparing stars! Seeing worst kind of behaviour from some people online towards this show - simply because they were fans of other stars and couldn't separate issues from filmi stuff - I must say, interacting with you was a refreshing experience! 😊
To the IF team I just wish this forum had been handled properly earlier. While I am really thankful and in fact, glad that you finally checked all nuisance in the forum still I can't help but lament loss of valuable members' participation in initial 2 months. I wish if this show ever has a second season, then I-F commissions a solid team for it since such shows are bound to attract deluge of strongly worded opinions! Finally, I am also sorry for lashing out at you guys - the situation was bad, but I should have kept calm. It's unfortunate - whatever that happened.
It's been a learning experience watching Satyamev Jayate, observing reactions around it and debating not just the show but also each issue it raised. It's been educative and cathartic reading and discussing each other's experiences and views on all issues.
