Amazing post..

I agree with all ur points...The execution of the tracks could have been more clear and precise rather than hastily jumping from one to another without any clarity...I also thought that, instead of Gattu there could hav been a positive person..and Aarushi choosing Vihaan over him would hav shown the depth of her love for him...Bcoz its easy to opt for a positive person over a negative one...

The mothers always wanted Vihaan to be a ideal son who always listens to his moms and be righteous in every way...So, we got the extreme reaction from the moms when they got to know that he lied and fooled them for a girl...they couldnt bear that their parvarish went wrong...its not the anger on ArHaan or the love marriage...they r just not happy that Vihaan went out of control for a girl...Basically, they r in the character...They always give extreme reactions, whenever Vihaan is involved...

Lets see how the story proceeds, as SS always wraps up every track very quickly...

As for the mothers, I'm not surprised by their reactions. It is prretttyyy much in line with their past behaviour 😆 During the post-mall scenes (which I hated), outwardly they were harping on about the izzat of the girl and how painful it must have been for the girl to be tricked like that, but from certain things they ranted, I honestly felt this is what they were saying that day - "You are our golden child. Your qualities are no less than those of a God because WE have raised you You are supposed to be the epitome of truth and honesty and goodness and righteousness. You are not allowed to make mistakes like an ordinary mortal. And if you so much as utter a LIE😲, then you are insulting our upbringing and destroying our souls 😭😆" They easily forgave the girl who was cheating the company, citing their empathy for her condition. But the truth is that they can forgive anyone and anything and be rational as long as Vihaan is not involved in the "crime/mistake/lie". As soon as he comes into the picture, their obsessive love and pride come into play. They need counselling... all of them 🥱

Really hope this show doesn't deteriorate into a saas bahu drama. I loathe those kind of tracks and I'm a very impatient viewer

But I have some kind of funny faith that the show will not fall that badly. Coz even in the middle of crappy tracks, there are these moments or scenes of breathtaking beauty and brilliance. And from what I've seen in this show until now, depressing tracks don't usually last for long in SS. Sweetness and laughter return quite quickly. So I'm going to hope that this sad track will also end soon and pave way for at least a relatively brighter and happier phase. Wishful thinking maybe 😆 but I really really want SS to be different and beautiful... because I can't get enough of Mugdha and Ravish 😳😆😆 I love Mugs, and now I love Ravish too, and I love both of them together on screen and off screen and ...well, you get the gist 😆

@bold - That is the very reason I have managed to stick to this show till now, besides a tiny winy bit of love for Ravish/Mugdha individually & as a couple. Let's see how things unfold in the next few episodes. That will be a major deciding factor in whether I continue watching this show or not.

Non-biased opinion..I was thinking.through most of these points...but wasn't sure about sharing it.

I agree to each and every point ( I am ignoring the.hook up thing!)😆

The reason I watch the show is Mugdha and I don't know I have failed to find some other reason.

I don't want it to be another sbs..! Though there is a tendency for every.show to.ruin it'a base. I hope this isn't the case here. 😊

Great post. The serial started with a new idea but like you said, there are more negatives than positives as time goes on. The past week seems like it's gearing towards a saas-bahu nautanki but wait, here we have 7 MILs rather than a typical one MIL per bahu. The dadi's character has been totally ruined with her scheming and plotting and now with the remaining 6 too join the gang for a very idiotic reason (throwing the son and DIL out is way too extreme for the reason they are being punished).
