After the verdict, Sati is completely shattered. She starts putting together the pieces of her life. However, her rapists are aggravated by the fact that Sati still walks with her head held high. They start making life hell for her family.

Threatening phone calls, attacks, pressure on her father in the office and many more modes are applied to get Sati to break her resilience. Finally, Arvind cannot take it anymore. He orders Sati to stay at home. Sati refuses, is thrown out of the house by Arvind. She decides to don black clothes from then on and continue the fight against oppressors.
