My TaKe:

1. Yes the story is unrealistic, but then I came to now that this trend is going on since long time not after Pratyusha's entry. So one should not complain now.
2. The actor's/ actress's performances. Yes they are performing wonderfully.
3. The show makers are successful in creating suspense, which is making the viewers to watch the show in an anticipation that what will happen next?

My dear Padmaja, I agree with your take...here is my , though I did not watch lots of Hindi TV shows (but I did translated a few for my friends who were watching it) I just have to say my humble POV...I think nobody is watching shows just for a story line, or characters (though I knew few who would disagree with me) I think that, mostly, people start to watch some show because her/his favorite actor/actress act there, so they are watching it because of that, taking all the nonsense that CVs come up with, without blinking, they just want to see their favorite jodis, actors there...who cares if the story is unrealistic or realistic...

I also think that viewers are fed up with all this Saas Bahu drama, and they want to watch something different, even if it is unrealistic..something that will take their thoughts from everyday life ...Guess that's a reason...I am watching SSK because of Prats...Lots of people are watching it because those two lead jodis...RoSid and PreMar...guess they do not care what a track is, either...as long as their favorite jodi is around... Since Prats come in, everything was focused on her, she was in every scene...so we can rightly say that she created a suspense there and make more people watch it...Agree with you ...all actors are doing a great job and that must be a reason as well...

Now Episode:

Mohini forcefully takes Pari by her hair into a room. There she locks her into a pot. Outside other family members are pleading for mercy.

Simar crying buckets thinking what might have happened to her mataji, Prem, Roli, Sid and children. Amar trying to find out the secrete of Mohini.

He informs Simar how he got married to Mohini. He changes the mud pot which contained Mataji locked in it with another one and sends Simar while Mohini and family members are upstairs.

Later in the day he drugs Mohini and meets Simar. Simar asks the same question, where are her other family members? Amar recollects and informs that while he was getting ready for marriage thinking that Simar should get clear of her opinion that Mohini is a Witch, comes out and finds that Prem and Simar are missing. He wonders what happened to them? While searching for them in the house he makes a call and finds Prem's mobile on the floor. Inside a locked room he hears Prem's voice pleading mercy. Prem sneaks through the hole of the door and gets shocked. Mohini makes Prem sit on a chair and ties him with ropes. She is chanting some mantras. Prem pleading to leave him and all this Amar is watching through the hole.

Precap: All the family members present including Roli, Sid, and Mataji. They tie Mohini to a chair and Mataji is going to punish Mohini. Mohini all smiles.

Thank you Padma and Branka for your valuable POVs . Agree with both of you ! Mohini started her onslaught since long and it is high time to end her or the end of her cruelty and bring her out of that witchcraft , cruel grip , and make her a normal girl in a convincing way !
