Part 23

Saturday...

Roli was sitting holding her head with her hands.

Roli: Veeru, you didn't take acceptance for our marriage from your parents. Now my father is only telling you to meet him. How can you deny that too?

Veeru: Roli i am not telling i wont marry you. I only need time. I can talk to my parents after my sister marriage.

Roli: But what is the problem in meeting my father and tell this.

Veeru; No Roli. I got no guts to meet your father and tell that i cant marry you now and all

Roli: Then how can i face my father. What impression he will get if i say you neither able to convince your parents nor able to meet him?

Veeru: You just tell him that i will meet later. I will first take acceptance of my parents and then meet your father.

Roli; Oh God! Why are you telling same thing again & again? See first impression is the best impression always. How can i tell my father all these? He wont get any good opinion about you for sure.

Veeru: What can i do Roli?

Roli: Veeru, please understand already he was upset when i said your parents not yet accepted. Can you try to make out what i am trying to tell you?

Veeru: Roli, i do understand. But we got no other way now.

Roli: But why?

Veeru: I am yet to settle in my career. i need to search for a job. I need to arrange my sister marriage.

Roli: veeru you mean no sooner.

Veeru: exactly.

Roli: Oh God! No use of talking to you.

Roli was wondering what to do now...

Siddhant who was hearing all these conversations thought for a while..

Siddhant: Roli, dont worry. I will come with you tomorrow.

Roli: What do you mean?

Siddhant: I mean i will explain your father what veeru said and let us try to convince him.

ROli: He should accept Siddhant.

Siddhant: Roli now we got no other way too other than doing a try.

ROli; I do accept. We can only make a try now. Otherwise my father will be surely arranging my marriage with the one he wish to.

Siddhant: Ok. I will meet your father and we will try our best ok. Now dont worry and go home.

Roli smiled with some sort of relief...

Part 24

Roli parents reached their house.

Roli hug them in happiness.

They were excited to see each other after long time.

Meena;Roli you are eating properly or not. You have become so slim.

Roli: Nothing like that Maaji. I am normal only.

Jamanlal: No your mother was correct. you have become slim.

Roli: You too pappa.

Jamanlal: Leave all that where is our son in law.

Roli was wondering what to tell him.

Roli: pappa please wait for a while.

They were waiting...

Roli was looking at entrance for Siddhant so that she can talk to her parents and explain them about Veeru condition.

After some time.

Siddhant reached Roli's house.

He parked his car outside and entered into the house.

Jamanlal & Meena were very happy seeing Siddhant.

Jamanlal got up and hug Siddhant.

Jamnalal: Welcome..

Siddhnat with a smile sat on sofa.

Roli sat beside him.

Roli & Siddhant started talking between them in low tone.

Siddhant: ROli did you told them?

Roli: No Siddhant. I dont know how my pappa take this. i am worried.

Siddhant: But we need to tell him anyway. Lets tell him.

Looking at them talking between them Jamanlal & Meena smiled.

Jamanlal: Roli you both remember we are also here. I have caled our son in law to talk to us. Not with you.

Roli & Siddhant were shocked hearing this.

Jamanlal: Roli i like our son in law very much. Good selection.

Roli eyes widened and looked at Siddhant.

He too was looking at Roli with some sort of confusion.

Roli was thinking for a while & thought it is good that they assume Siddhnat as the boy.

She thought they have just come and instead of making them upset it is better they think like that. Later Roli can explain them that he is not the boy.

Siddhant was about to tell something while ROli hold his hands.

Roli in a low tone: Siddhant, let them think as it is. I will tell them later about this.

Siddhant; But Roli...

Jamnalal; Again only talking between you. Dont worry you both can talk as much as you want later. Now lets go to the temple together.

Roli & Siddhnat: Temple...

Jamanlal: Yes. Lets go.

Jamanlal & Meena got up and moved towards entrance while ROli & Siddhant followed them...

Part 25

Roli & Siddhant with roli parents reached temple.

Roli & Siddhant went into the temple.

Jamanlal arranged for special pooja.

Jamanlal: pandit he is my son in law & she is my daughter. Pooja fortthem only

Pandit: OK.

Pandit performed special pooja.

Jamanlal: let's go.

He took to hall inside mandir.

Pandit followed him.

Roli & Siddhant were surprised.

All roli relatives were in the hall.

Marriage arrangements were done in the hall.

Jamanlal: roli you said his parents did not agree. But I can't let my daughter life at risk. That too you are alone. Now you both will marry.

Roli & Siddhant were shocked.

Roli: pappa

Jamanlal: please roli...

He turned towards meena.

Jamanlal: meena take her inside & make her ready

Meena took roli inside.

Jamanlal hold siddhant hands & took him inside.

After few minutes roli & siddhant came out in wedding dress.

Siddhant looked at roli.

He went near her.

Siddhant: roli ..

Roli: siddhant all relatives are here. We can't go back now.

Siddhant: roli what do you mean?

Roli: siddhant let's marry. Later we will think & decide what to do.

Siddhant: roli marriage is not a game.

Roli: I know. But your friend didn't realised it. Now we got no other way. Now I can't make my father face down in front of all.

Siddhant understood her concern.

Roli & siddhant went to mandap...
