Roli sat with confusion on her mind..
Sharp nose and pinky lips.
Person: I do agree with you. you have rights to know all those details before accepting the offer.

Siddhant: I didn't mean it as any mistake.

Roli: Rs. 25000/-
Siddhant: Sure will wait for you. Hope to see you the 3rd day from today here.
Roli: Sir...
Siddhant: ANy other..
Roli: Nothing else Sir. Thank you.
Siddhant forward his hand to shake hand with her.
ROli was really surprised on hearing that she is appointed without any interview.
Roli: Sir..
The person in the rolling chair turned towards Roli.
Person: Yes. Please be seated.

Roli was thinking is he mad that without any interview & without telling her anything about the job, just announcing as she is appointed.

Roli: Sir, Am i right that i head i am appointed?
Person: yes you are right.
ROli: But Sir, i wonder i didn't attend any interview. I dont even know what the job is? Then how come.
Person: I do agree with you. you have rights to know all those details before accepting the offer.
Roli: Thanks Sir for understanding my concern.
Person: First let me introduce myself. I am SIddhant Rajender Bharatwaj.
Roli: Hello Sir.
Siddhant: Hello Ms. ROli, The job is just what you did few minutes before.
Roli: I dont get you sir.
Siddhant: You met Baby Anjali right.
Roli: Yes I did.
Siddhant: Can you tell me what you did on seeing her?
Roli: Sir, i just taught her to do coloring. Nothing else. Sorry if committed any mistake.
Siddhant smiled.

Siddhant: That is your job.
ROli: Sir, can you clarify me? I still cant get you.
Siddhant: I mean the job is taking care of Anjali.
Roli: What?
Siddhant: Why so much shocked? Is it not what you wish for? Was your expectation was something else?
Roli: No SIr. I came here with no knowledge about the job and i dont have any expectation. But when you said taking care of Anjali is my job, i got shocked because...
Siddhant: because...
Roli: I am not experienced girl in taking care of any kid. Thats why.
Siddhant: You mean to say you dont have any kid on your own and never experienced to take care.
ROli: Yes. I can say.
Siddhant: But Ms. ROli, are you aware you got passed with good scored on the interview than the so called experienced people.
Roli: Sorry sir. When the interview happend?
Siddhant: Ms. ROli there is no need to have the interview with questions from the book. Here the job was for taking care of the child. SO i did interview in different way. That is i let the candidates to go to Anjali and made them to move with her.
Roli now understood what was the interview.
Siddhant: For your information, i was seeing the activities of the candidates through the CCTV kept in that room. None of the candidates were told what is the job.
Roli: Oh Ok!
SIddhant: Few candidates did not even went near the child and were like no connection with the child. Few went near the child to see what she is doing and sat in the chair without any knowledge of why they are left there.
Roli: Oh!
Siddhant: You are the only candidate who were able to reach Anjali though not known the reason and mingle with her which is what i expected. SO i hope you by now understood..
Roli: Yes I did.
SIddhant: So now. Are you interested to accept the offer? As informed already you will be provided with accomodation & food in this house itself. The salary will be Rs. 25000/- per month.
Roli: Rs. 25000/-
Siddhant: Why Ms. Roli? DO you feel it as less?
Roli: No SIr. It is more.
Siddhant smiled on hearing her frank acceptance of her opinion about the salary.
Siddhant: May be more or less. This is what i am offering for that job. Now it is your decision to accept or deny. But frankly speaking i expect you to accept the offer.
Roli: Thanks for considering me for this job sir. I dont have any issue in accepting this offer. So i am ready to accept it.
Siddhant: Thank you so much.
Roli: Sir when should i join.
Siddhant: Any moment. Even now i will be pleased.
Roli: Sir just give me 2 days time, i need to arrange to shift from my existing residence. Then i will shift here.
Siddhant: Sure will wait for you. Hope to see you the 3rd day from today here.
Roli: Sir...
ROli was hesitating..
Siddhant: What happend? ANy problem.
Roli: Actually i am doing my final year graduation. So.
Siddhant: You mean you need to go to college.
Roli: yes sir. But i will return by noon itself.
Siddhant: No problem. Anyway Anjali will be going to her school at that time. She needs you when she return from the school.
Roli: Sir, then i will return before that Sir.
Siddhant: ANy other..
Roli: Nothing else Sir. Thank you.
ROli got up from the chair.
