Hi everyone!! So i have been watching SSK for a while now, and as most of you know by now, I am also a Rosid fan 😊

So i wanted to write an ff because I had a great idea, but I want that FF to be long, and right now I don't think I have the time to actually think about that (too much school work 😛)

But I had another idea, and so I decided to write an SS...

The concept is as follows:

Siddhant gets into an accident and he gets paralysis in the lower half of his body. Roli, a nurse in the hospital in which he is admitted, decides that she wants to look after Siddhant. We'll see what happens next...

I hope you all like the concept. It won't be too long (or maybe it will be, I'll see how it goes). But there will be a couple updates, and I'll try to update as frequently as possible, but I can't say how fast I will update because I do have a lot of school work.

As you all do with other ff's, please provide your comments (good and bad), and suggestions.

Also, I don't know of there has already been another ff/ss/os with the same name, but that's the only name I could think of that suits my ss

Another thing is that I probably won't be able to reply to everyone individually because I still have limited posts... but I will try to like everyone's comments, and maybe reply to everyone in one post after every update...

ok well this was unexpected but some work came up and so i will update after a few days... i really wanted to start today but i'm unfortunately really busy for one or two days now 😔

thank you for the encouragement though, it really makes me happy 😊

ok, first of all thank you so much to all of you for encouraging me. it took a lot of courage to open out and start formulating a story from my ideas and sharing it with everyone. I have been pretty busy but i wrote a little bit of the story. So here's the first update:

"I don't know how to tell you this Siddhant, but as a doctor it is my duty to tell you, and so I must." "What happened doctor, just tell me, please." "Actually, you have been paralysed in the lower half of your body."

It was like his whole world had shattered on him. The doctor's words were playing over and over in his mind, as he lay there on the verge of crying. He felt like screaming. What about his life? He would never be able to achieve anything. He'll never be able to play cricket with his father, or do some mischief and run away while his mother chased him. ... His parents! It just dawned upon him that he, the only son, the only support, of Rajendra and Sujatha Bhardwaj, was now handicapped.

"Doctor, what about my parents? I was their only support but now..." Siddhant couldn't continue speaking. "Siddhant, look, we still have to tell your parents. They have to know..." "Doctor, where are my parents?" "Upon much insistence, they went home. They were here all night, and so I told them to go home and rest."

Siddhant was somewhat relieved. He needed some time before he could break the news to his parents.

"Doctor, if my parents come, just, ummm ... just tell them that I'm still unconscious and that I can't meet them right now" "Siddhant, how long will you hide the truth? ..." "Please doctor. It's impossible for me to meet them right now. I.. I .. can't ..." It was becoming more and more difficult for Siddhant to speak as his tears took over.

There was a slight knock on the door. The door opened and the a nurse was there. She said, "Doctor, you're needed in room 102" "Ok Roli, I'm coming... And Siddhant, I won't say anything but do understand that we have to tell them soon." Siddhant nodded his head and with great difficulty managed to say "Thank you doctor". That was when Roli lifted her face and looked towards him, when she heard the pain in his voice. She looked at his face as the door closed. He looked really hurt. Roli wondered what might have happened to him, why was he crying?

"Roli, let's go..." Roli came back from her thoughts as she heard the doctor's voice, and started walking away from Siddhant's room. Although Roli physically walked away, her mind remained there.

ok so i don't know how it is. please do hit like and give comments (both good and bad of course)... please do tell me if my writing style is ok, and if you're all able to follow along and everything... also, i probably will have longer updates, and they'll be better... I just wanted to update quickly because I started the thread a few days ago but didn't get the time to update. I will make the updates longer, and next time I will actually look over it properly before posting (which I haven't done this time 😛 )

its very very very nice & emotional preeti...u r more than expected in presenting this update...u had put all the emotions perfectly in Sid & doctors convo...pls update soon with long updates...

thank you so much for the positive comments... it's really needed especially because i usually have a hard time expressing my feelings... like when telling a story, i always think whether the reader will like it or not, i just get stuck up in the thoughts, and discourage myself 😛 ... but comments like these will keep me going for sure 😊 ... and yes, long updates soon, i just don't get time ever... but i will try my best to give long updates asap 😊
