Suddenly the door opened. Siddhant was quick to react. He quickly grabbed Roli's hand which was holding the glass and put it to his mouth. When Roli realized what was happening, she started feeding him the water and patting his back again. Then she turned to see who was at the door. It was some people who were here to take some measurements of Siddhant to make him his personal wheelchair. She let them in and then excused herself from the room as she had to meet the physiotherapist. As Roli left the room, Siddhant's smile slowly disappeared. After a while he was alone in the room and still waiting for Roli to come back. When he heard the door open he quickly looke dup and sure enough, there she was- his Roli. Roli slowly started walking into the room, but suddenly stopped because she got a sharp pain in her head. She had had these head pains every once in a while after she fell on the road avoiding the accident that day. Siddhant looked over at Roli worriedly. "What could have happened to her?" he wondered. He wanted to get up and help her right away but unfortunately was unable to. Roli quickly left the room with as much energy as she could gather and went near some other nurses. They all knew about Roli's frequent headaches. They decided to get her home soon. One nurse whose shift was over offered to drop her home and cover the remaining portion of her shift. Roli left reluctantly. As soon as she got home, she went to sleep as her head was hurting a lot. In a little while, Siddhant knew that Roli had left and went home as a different burse was looking after him. Siddhant was upset that Roli had left but also worried because she didn't look too well. After a few hours, Roli woke up and it was almost dark outside. She freshened up and went downstairs- with her bag. From the front door she called out to her parents "Maa, Papa! I'm leaving! Bye!" "Roli wait!" her mother called. Her parents came and inquired where she was going. She told them she had to go to the hospital and they tried to convince her to take some rest and go in the morning. But Roli didn't agree. Her heart was telling her to go to the hospital. At the hospital, Siddhant couldn't fall asleep. He wants to see Roli and to see that she's ok. Just then, Roli walked in. Siddhant was very happy and his heart's happiness reflected visibly on his face. Siddhant called Roli. "Roli, I have to tell you something..." She smiled at him, her usual cute smile. Siddhant signalled her to come sit close to him, and to his surprise she did just that. "Roli..." He paused for a second, and he told himself, "Siddhant, just say it". He took a deep breath, and finally said, "Roli.. I love you." Roli looked confused, just as he had expected, but she was blushing too, soemthing he really wanted to see. "Roli, I know you're confused about this. Ok. Listen. Just close your eyes and think about it. Just let your heart do the thinking and speaking." He slowly raised his hand to close her eyes...
