Prem may marry Surabhi out of anger but he forgot about anjali. Anjali will never accept surbhi.

Simar may go back to Vikrant and Sanju. I dont mind seeing Simar and Vikrant together.

And Aditi can always dwell in Simar's body.

Will Prem stick with his decision and do justice to Surabhi?

Will mataji accept these things?

Maybe till now she will, since do u remember Simar ask of Anjali to call Surbhi maa and till now Anjali dont know anyting whats happen.

don't worry dear at last premar get reunite remember starting of show prem marriage held with roli in any condition but truth revealed prem want to marry simar bcoz he love him this time same case repeat when he know all truth defineitly he want simar back and anjali get her mother back i think so

Though Prem's slapping is justified, his putting sindoor on Surbhi's head is a hasty and impulsive reaction.
Instead, he could have slapped simar once more.😆

You right Anjali will not accept surbhi. Why would Anjali accept Surbhi when she knows her mum is Simar and alive. Prem agree to marry Surbi in the first place because he wanted to give Anjali a mum. By marrying surbhi in anger prem will regret his discussion big time. Prem accepted surbhi only after being convinced by simar that she is not simar but sunaina. Prem doesn't love surbhi and knowing that his first love Simar is still alive he will not be able to give Surbhi the love and attention she deserve.

but anjali accepted surbi as her mom and also called her surbi mamma...there wont be any prob. from anjali as nw simar will also nt enter bw house till prem accept her...if simar wants 2 cm also sunaina will nt let her...so there r less chances 2 get simar meet anjali😕 dont know what running on cvs mind...if prem know the truth also will surbi keep quiet?? before marriage only she tried 2 commit suside ...nw marriage is over😲...there r very less chances 2 reunite PreMar😕
