Their is so much drinking and dancing and when the BW family opens the door to leave they see the police who say they had received a complaint of loud music. He says no one can leave until they assess the situation. Khushi sees the police and stops dancing. They step in, turn off the music and shove everyone excluding the BW family into a corner. He says the complaint was for loud music but there was something entirely different going on as they were openly drinking.
He asks if they had license and Khushi says rudely no. He asks who is the owner of the house and Mata Ji says " I am Nirmla Devi Bharadwaj. My family and I have nothing to do with this party. We were doing our kid's naming ceremony peacefully in the room." Sankalp's father says they were trying to do the ceremony but in this loud noise the priest left the room, resigned." The priest agrees with them." Mano says that they were being tortured by this dancing."
The Inspector asks for the owner. In the crime of playing loud music and annoying others, we will arrest him/her first. Khushi is shocked and Mata Ji is smirking. Khushi is wondering what to do
while the Inspector orders the guards to make the girls and guys stand in separate lines. Khushi tries to escape. Veeru complains that they can't drink in the house. The Inspector says they can but alone and not with so many people. He says you need a permit for so much alcohol and do you have one? You had been playing loud music for so long and don't you know this is illegal?
He orders them to take everyone to the car. Mata Ji tells the Inspector that the owner's name is Khushi. He asks where is this Khushi? Everyone is looking around for her, wondering where she went for she was just here. Her voice calls out from up and they see her holding the girl. She says to the Inspector to understand and that if she gets arrested, who will take care of this little girl now that you have arrested the nanny?
Simar says that she will take care of the baby girl and Khushi stares at her angrily. Khushi says that I won't give my kid to anyone. The Inspector says "this girl is not in your family" but Sankalp and his father object. Sankalp says she is his wife and he has proof-legal documents, marriage certificate...everything. But we just don't live together. He glares at her with detest. The Inspector says give the baby girl to them and come with me. Khushi tries to object but he repeats what he had said.
Simar and Khushi have a staring contest and the former flashbacks to when she was giving the kid to the later. Simar puts her arms out. Khushi gives the baby to the actual mother and starts walking past all the smirking BW family members. Everyone is very happy. Simar thanks everyone. The happy parents hug. The priest says that now that there is no noise and they have the kid, the ceremony can take place and they should go to the room. Mata Ji tells them that her great-grandaughter's naming ceremony will not take place in that room and her ceremony should be in the temple. They tell Simar to get the girl ready while they got the house cleaned.
The episode ends with Simar and Roli dressing up the girl. No Precap.
