RB Room
BM is sadly sitting. RB is trying to cheer her up. She tells BM is looking old now. BM looks herself in the mirror and tells she turned old 15 years before itself. RB consoles saying everything will be fine and Alok will take care. BM tells how he came and claimed his rights after so many years. Both are worried about Dadaji.
Sushaan House
Suhana and Ishaan are discussing about interviews. Suhana tells she has seen her father interviewing and hence will ask questions about team player and leadership😆. Ishaan asks whether she needs executive or maid. He tells her to ask about the house work. Suhana thinks. Ishaan tells she has become a typical house wife(in some complex hindi word😆) and Suhana thinks its some kind of a disease and thinks of going to the hospital😆. Ishaan says no and tells her to bargain well when it comes to salary. Suhana asks how much. Ishaan tells abt 2500. Suhana asks only that much and says they shud give atleast 10000. Ishaan is shocked and tells he will talk abt the salary.
RB Room
BM is sitting without having her tea. RB tells if she doesnt have it she will scold her. BM asks her to scold. RB scolds fakingly and starts laughing😃 BM also smiles. Meena comes in saying she was searching for her in her room and she is here. She says no one was in her room. BM andRB are confused as to where Ishwar went. Disha comes running telling she saw Ishwar go out of the house. BM and RB are very happy. BM in tears.
Sushaan House
Interview begins. The first one speaks in Mumbai language. Suhana asks if she knows to make coffee. The women keeps speaking to her lover on the phone but also tells she knows regular coffee, cold coffee, capuchino, etc. She now asks Ishaan if he works for private or is in business and if the house is rented. Ishaan says yes. The lady says she cant work as no one will respect her and leaves😆. The second one comes, Suhana asks same question abt coffee. She says she does everything. Ishaan asks. Lady says she doesnt speak with the saab log as they may as towel and then ask to soap their back😆 Ishaan is soo awkward. Suhana asks her to get out. The third one keeps looking at Ishaan. Suhana sits in front of Ishaan but still she looks at him😆 Suhana asks her to go. Ishaan tells they have a last candidate and if it doesnt work she has to do all the work.
Kashyap Dining
All are kind of happy that Ishwar has left. Alok tells no one will speak abt this topic again. Inder asks BM if she is ok. BM tells she is fine. Ishwar's voice is heard calling for Rano and Rajni. All go to the courtyard. Ishwar is standing with baskets of vegetables and his suitcases. He says he got up early and hence went to the market. He asks R&D to keep it inside. No one moves. He calls Ilesh. He doesnt respond too. He himself keeps it inside. he calls Meena then to keep it inside. He goes inside. Inder again goes to thrash him. Alok stops him again saying thats what he wants, to lose control. Ishwar comes out and says he needs tea now and he is also hungry and asks R&D to make lunch today as he has already eaten Shailu's food😡. Ishwar is smiling. Alok and Inder boiling with anger.

Diwali time. Suhana is sad as she is missing family. Here Alok tells Ishaan and Suhana shud not know abt Ishwar. Ishaan says lets go to Delhi
