Ya, I read them all online on those translating sites...I remember my first manga being Naruto...and then I became obsessed with Death Note for a while...after that started reading those romance genres called shoujo...those were pretty hilarious...then got into live action and anime. 🤣
My God...manga had totally opened up the Japanese world/culture for me big time...got quite interested in it and did some research and stuff. I remember learning about Kogals and finding them quite bizarre but interesting...then the cosplay stuff was weird but admired people who could pull it off pretty well. 😆
You can tell that I'm a bit enamored by Japan. 😆

I think there are 2 different situations when someone else makes decisions on your behalf, one when they are in the protective mode and have always been making all the decisions and continue doing so. The other when they do not want to empower you, which was the case with most of the women of the older generation..
But in this particular case it is the first situation.. I remember this really old precap which says "Aisa hain mera Sasural", where Rano talks about BM being involved in all the decision making and about how she does not have to take any major responsibility and how happy she is about it..
So the adhikar to make faisla comes with taking responsibilities on your shoulders..
For all those who remember the old Chistopher Reeves Superman movie you'll remember this:- "With great power comes great responsibility"

But all said and done I can understand how Rano must have felt and I appreciate the things that she has done for BM. But that is the separate matter and making decisions is a separate one.

Netri good post..
I remember begining episodes, where BM-Alok, Inder , elesh with wifes with ishaan used to go to see the girl for ishaan.. When suhana was selected as the bahu of the house that time also rano was not there..That time only i felt why Rano didn't come to see his bahu.. I think as a saas, she have some expectations, like how will be his bahu.. She also was not there in their wedding...

Later also when suhana wants to leave the house, that time also BM, alok, kk, dadaji have talked about ishaan marriage life.. But that time also neither BM nor alok felt rano also needed to know that truth..

Whatever Rano said was Right.. I think first dadaji used to take decisions, later BM-Alok..Even rano accepted the fact that BM decisons are wise, but somewhere in her heart that feeling is there that no one asked her opinon particularly ishaan leaving to mumbai..

So true Sushma... I believe as it is Rano's emotional side, her love for Ishaan is making her to say all these... Till now whatever decisions BM & Alok took, she never said "NO" bcz may be Rano felt as they will take right decisions. But in this case after Ishaan left home, Rano started feeling her pain and thats what driving her now... I am waiting for tomorrow's epi to see how BM is gonna make Rano understand... I am sure, it's gonna be a treat to watch...😊

Yeah her outburst was understandable, it was very human. I totally agree Febs 😊 But the reason why she is not involved in the decision making most of the time is because she herself is so happy not having any responsibilities of running the house. So Alok and BM are used to making all the decisions.

I love the way they are showing such thought provoking realistic issues 👍🏼 Waiting to hear what BM has to say tomorrow 😊

This is another very interesting track that the CVs are showing. Rano's motherly protection and her 'right on her child'. She has become very emotional and is coming out with her emotions, although her thoughts in no way undermines BM or Alok's views. She will soon realise that she has hurt them and BM and Alok will also understand her concerns.

The best gift of this family is good communication between members and respect for each other. Everyone is heard and respected equally, even if there is a difference of opinion. Once all the views are heard they discuss the best option - that's the magic behind the success of this family.

We will wait to see how Rano's emotions are dealt with the family.
