Sheemu.. I have seen Ragini's journey as an actress.. I loved her as Ginni, Bharathi, and now Suhana ... For me she is the Best as Bharathi and Suhana ... No one can be best as Barathi and Suhana

For me no one can do better as Ragini did for Suhana ..She was excellent and carried out very well in comedy, emotional and sad scenes..

I can't see someone replacing Supriyaji as BM or Dadaji, Ishaan, KK or Alok or Inder .. For me the actors playing these characters are Apt.. If replacement happens also, I can't feel the same ...

It's purely my personal view.. Just like the phrase " Beauty lies in the eyes of beholder " For me Ragini is the best as Suhana..

Waiting for New Sushaan track, where may be Ragini gets good scenes to perform..

I respect your personal view but drawing a logical reasoning to u'r argument I would like to state that beauty definitely lies in the eyes of the beholder but this is applicable only for the things the beholder has seen. And not for the things which he is yet to see.

Again, I agree with every point you've made...Not sure how they'll handle the new track as the past records are not so great!

Some artists are good from the beginning they are masters of their craft, some are average to begin with but in course of time learn the craft and turn good but some can never become good how much ever they try. Such is art. You can't guarantee that everyone will be able to master the form. So its no one's fault. You have it in you or you don't thats it. It is God's gift.

If the foundation is self is not strong enough then no artist in the world can resurrect it.

Now coming to rating Ragini as an artist based on my interpretation of good/bad/ugly I have always tried to remove the script/direction from my judging criteria. But whenever I used to criticize the loopholes in script/direction/characterization it was always the character Suhana and not Ragini.

Glad to know that, the actors portray and try to convey what's written for them. As I have said before, transparent screenplay will allow oodles of opportunity for any artist perform well, some better than others.

Having said that now when I sitback to give my opinion on Ragini's acting abilities I would say she was good in the beginning in few sequences and currently I don't find it that good, its plain average. This doesn't mean that her acting prowess has gone down. It only means that she stood out in scenes which we can say she is good/comfortable at like scenes which were heavy on emotion, comedy etc. Also in the early phase the focus and story was completely on her.

But currently the demand and situation is different. She is no more the central figure. And according to me she needs to improve by being more of a team player and should tone down a bit.

It's not about being a central figure or main lead, it's about the quality of characterisation. No matter how big or small the role is, the writing should remain consistent and true to the character. Writing has flaws so therefore one cannot perform as the way they used to.

I mean blaming an actor for a loss of storyline by the writers is so stupid. An actor does what he or she is told to do according to the storyline. And in the recent episodes, Ragini actually has not much to do. Actually we cannot blame anyone in my opinion. The writers are atleast maintaining the standard of SGP. Although they are at a loss of storyline, they have not just allowed it to become like the typical saas bahu shows ( which many unconventional shows tend to do after sometime). And I am sure that the makers will overcome this, and we will get our old SGP back.

You know there have been some very nice episodes in between silly parts. Today's was lovely. You're right they are showing some parts really well but I just wish they could stop the character assassinations and maintain stability in their writing.

I also feel that the main reason why Ragini's performance has not been like how it used to be of late is because the characterization of Suhana lacks consistency of late.. This makes things difficult for the artist.. Its like she is playing multiple roles..
But at the same time every one is responsible for the quality of work that they do and should be held accountable..

But I so so badly want to see the old Suhana...

Yes very true I agree to that. Have you seen today's episode? She was much better today, had a great Sushaan conversation after a while.

Just watched it😃 Yeah both Jay and Ragini were good 😃
On a side note I think if they had brought in her false pregnancy alarm angle, would have been more convincing.. I feel that people have forgotten what Suhana would have gone through during that time.
Don't you ppl think even Ilesh was a bit better yesterday and today in parts?

You know I was just thinking that. Yes the longing for ther mother and wanting to feel what maternal love is great but I would've also wanted them to show how much she went through because of a virtual miscarriage...that would've been the icing on the cake. Never mind, I say it was great, because it;'s the only good one we've had in a long time. Very good see Ishaan being caring and sensitive again, really good that he realised he should've tried to understand her better. Suhana was much better and I am very happy with Ragini's performance today, she was very good.

Yes Ilesh also was better, more watchable than before. BM's and Inders dialogues were great, I still feel tears in my eyes from thinking about them.
