The old Ishaan was a simple guy who was made the bakra all the time. When someone keeps pulling u'r leg, u can't keep smiling at them naa but yes cuz he loved them so much he never uttered a word against them and nor was he ever angry with Inder-Elesh...There is a difference between getting angry on someone(holding a grudge) and getting irritated with someone(bachon waala gussa..no hard feelings). Pyaar toh ussme bahut hai apne bhaiyon ke liye par use izzhaar karna nahin aata tha.

The current Ishaan is a different guy. He is truly, deeply and madly in love. He succeeded in getting back his love. So now he is oozing with confidence. Yehi Pyaar hai jisne use himmat diya hai aur taakat bhi.

It is this courage that made him shout at them as he was concerned for his love. But he doesn't have any doubt about their love for Suhaana, its just that he is too much worried about Suhana now. Tumne dekha nahin how he shouted at this boss and the receptionist at the hospital...

Vo pyaar mein hai aur apne pyaar to takleef mein nahin dekh sakta hai..pareshan hai bechaara. So to put things short Ishaan ko Saath khoon maaf.🤣

Ab toh baksh do usko..hat dho kar uske peeche pad gaye ho...😆
